Good morning we have been pretty constant at getting frost for a few hours almost each day lately but the afternoons are still pretty nice but we all know what is coming unfortunately.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning 9 overnight but supposed to hit 25 today. Got the ton oh work trench dug for the electrical wires into the garage last weekend and filled back in. I am installing a min split heat pump in the garage so decided to do it right. What a ton of work this is/was but next month when the weather sucks that will all be forgotten. Getting the brake lines installed and new master next week on the Valiant then she goes into hiding until the spring and the truck gets its turn ion the shop for the winter.

Well boys, 5 shots and 2 1/2 years of being so careful still didn't keep me from slipping up
Tested positive Thursday evening and confirmed with PCR on Friday. Looks like I'm still going to be relatively lucky - runny nose, sore throat, worse cough than usual, sinus headache. Got the new anti-viral pills though and feeling better but tired today.
Looks like the car season is pretty much done 'til the Santa Clause parade. Thankfully my retirement (enchanced, not total) plans were pretty much in place for 1 December

Good morning 13 overnight should hit 25 again maybe a bit more than that but very smoky today. Lyle that sucks, my sister inlaw who works at a seniors facility has done everything right like you. Got the shots wore the mask washed the hands kept her distance and her grandaughter gave it to her for thanksgiving. 4 days and it was mostly gone but a pain in the ass for sure.

Great work on the electrical Reg. It's best to do it right like you did and you'll be happy forever!
Dam we had some awesome weather this weekend and went for a drive to a small town called Black Diamond and had lunch on the patio and it was 22 yesterday. We had 17 cars out for the drive and over whelmed the small restaurant as they normally would never have the patio opened in the middle of Oct and called in extra staff for us!
Here is a pic of 4 of the cars as we waited for some of the others to show up, my wife drove the convertible out there.

Good morning,
cool damp and cloudy...like fall usually is too often. Not raining at the moment but cloudy of course. Had drizzle early this morning before I got up. Typical fall weather.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Lyle, I think that ugly weather is coming here as well. It's 25 out right now and by Saturday we have a high of 6 with precipitation, and if gets cold enough for Sunday I bet we get some of that ugly white stuff!
Today I put the Convertible away and tomorrow I put the 300 away. Demon was in storage as of last Sunday. I had to do it in case we get Snow, as those vehicles have summer only tires as they are never winter driven.
Have a great day!

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day guys, ugly soggy day here, +3 and raining. Didn't quit finish up the yard work yesterday but do have all the cars away for the winter. Another cruising year over and looking forward to next year a I hope I have the Barracuda on the road.
I'm waiting for a seat track to arrive in the mail as one of mine is bent and won't slide. The one I have coming is broken at a weld seam but I'm hoping between the 2 tracks I can make a good one.
Have a great Friday.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good afternoon all, beautiful here the last few days up around 20 degrees and lots of sun. Should be this way for the next week or so. Everything is starting to fall into place, the eyes are getting much better can almost see better then before the surgery. And here’s the big one, the house should be finished by next week.
Reg, you are certainly going to appreciate that heat come winter. Have a great day gentlemen.

Yea Reg heat is the best, now you can work all year round!
Boy I wish it was 20 out, i's a high of 6 here today. Glad the eye sight is coming back Dan.
I've got both my bucket seats back and going to remove the tracks so I can get them cleaned up and working.
Have a great day guys!

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day, fairly nice for Calgary here high of 12. All the snow we had is now gone so just waiting for the next dump!
Been busy lately rewiring my daughters house as she has aluminum wiring and she almost had a fire in the wall. Melted the outlet real bad and as I looked I found out there have been a few other repairs done to the electrical to bypass some problems in the past.
have a great weekend all!

Well Reg looks like this thing will look good, keep up the good work.
Yesterday morning was cool and sunny but this morning is cloudy and 11.
Not much going on and we had a whopping total of 4 Halloween visitors...a record.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning 4 or so rain and apparently there was some wind overnight not however like the Friday night storm that left a couple hundred thousand with out power. Worked in the garage yesterday mainly building a front insulated wall to keep all my precious heat inside. The rest of the garage was insulated last year but I wanted to leave the front doors un insulated so I could bring big objects in and out and it wasnt heated anyway so no real loss but now with the heat pump working so well it was time to get that done even though I will have to remove it to get the truck in and the Valiant out in a week or so. Still lots to do on the Valiant but thats another story before she goes away for the winter.
Take care have a great day
