Have a few pieces I have not located yet but I am sure they are around in the stacks of parts. Not doing much today I am sore and tired probably from doing to much all week but thats me. Starting to look for slant 6 bolt on hp enhancers lol yikes very spendy.

Maybe a turbo might be the answer but hurt budget wise.
Just came in from cleaning the driveway and I am beat, on the news they say we got around 30 CM and then the wind played with the snow, so now I have about 6 feet of snow on my front lawn.
Have a great day and be careful.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day all. Windy and cool today.
JG that a lot of snow on the yard, we had it fairly warm last 2 weeks and no snow on the grass here until tomorrow!
Reg, I finally got the LED's working on the car. I took my 4 LED's to friends place that currently switched to LED's and was telling me he just bought a new LED flasher and everything worked perfectly. I put my 4 LED's in his car and same problem I'm having. We keep switching them out and it turns out 2 of the LED bulbs are causing problems. I pop to Canadian tire and grab 2 more bulbs and dam they worked perfectly. Went home and put them in my car and now all are working. Dam Amazon LED's!!! 2 of 4 didn't work properly.
Have a great day all.

Not cheap though jeez and of course I dropped off more pieces so not done yet. JG are you going to get more snow this week? I haven’t looked yet but we may get a dusting tomorrow. Re: Good Morning Thread
Good afternoon, was a beautiful day +4 and lots of sun. But that’s about to take a turn for the worse. We are supposed to start tomorrow morning with a mix of freezing rain and snow. Turning to all snow that’s supposed to last through Thursday and depending on location it’s going to be between 15 and 25 cams.
Have a good day.

Re: Good Morning Thread
had misty rain overnight, expecting 10 - 15" of snow today and tomorrow - 1st car club meeting scheduled for tonight, not sure if I'll go - 10 miles out of town, choice of back roads or 401
Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day, snow appeared up there not down here yah!!! Lyle our car club meetings have been shut down since the start of covid and not sure when they will resume. The exec has been meeting once a month but members get an email with the discussions. Our biggest issues are we have met at a seniors home in their games room for ever now and we can`t risk giving them anything and they have been shut anyway. This is a real problem for the guys with one foot in the door scoping out their next home and the menus lol.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Hey Reg glad to see you have received your bumpers back from the chrome shop. I'm not sure you are allowed to say that though without suppling pictures eh!
Lyle we haven't had a car club meeting in forever! Be nice to get back at them!
Weather here is cold at had a bit of snow over night. But I was able to get the dash back in the car and have the 4 way flashers working perfectly! Just need to do a bit of wire clean up and that part is finished.
For some reason it won't let me upload a picture, so tomorrow I'll try again!!
Stay safe all.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Keith they are in wrap right now but I have to paint the back side with rust paint to protect the rear sides so I will post pics then. i may do it Friday or Saturday depending on what else is going on but I did the same with the Dart bumpers on recomendation from the chromers just to protect them not like I ever get them into rain or anything like that but i feel better so it shall be done. Not sure what everyone is paying for chrome these days but one of my kids is not getting an inheritance

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning, we got a bit of snow yesterday and last night, but not nearly as much as the predicted. All though they are calling for more today.
Reg, getting anything chromed in Ontario is tough. We have a few places that still do it but they are expensive as hell and the wait for the finished product can run between 6 months to a year. Keith and Reg, I am looking forward to some pictures.
Have a great day.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day all. A little nicer here today, I think a high of -2 and no snow over night.
Reg I know chroming is expensive! I have my numbers down there now and one needs a bit of straightening and I need 4 holes filled where the number over riders or bumperettes were bolted to the numbers. I can’t even find them I have 1 front and 1 back and 3 other mixed ones so I’m leaving them off. And up to 4 months to get them back.
But here is my dash pics of it in and a bit more wiring for me today.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning 7 light rain and that should be the days forecast. Just trying to remember but I think it was 3 months for my bumpers and 850 per. They get sent to Kelowna Keith in case you want to try those guys. Our shop here does not do the bumpers anymore so thats where they get sent. There is one other guy here but hes is very spendy and has mixed reviews so have not tried him. Looking good Keith I love this part of a build its like rounding second base to me.

Thanks Dan, Today I'm putting in the door switches in for interior lights and going to do a bit of wiring clean up. Just want to make sure nothing is hanging or no wires are going to be touched by moving parts like wipers or clutch and brake pedal.
Have a great weekend guys!

Re: Good Morning Thread
HELLO, nice snowy days today and part of tomorrow. I must have a good eight feet of snow on my patio, the only good thing about this weather system is that it is accompanied by only relatively light winds.
Snow clean-up is scheduled for tomorrow.
Have a great safe day.

Clean up and white are the words of the day. Somebody wrote on facebook that we got 205 cm this year so far but a lot of it melted away.

According to my calculations that is exaggerated and should be more like the 150 range.

Very sunny and bright and the snow bank on my patio is about 1 foot from the roof.
Looks like I am the only one here for now.
