Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning, still only -2 and cloudy but with not even a breeze. All is white, not warm enough to melt anything, if only it could stay this way til March. Temps will be rising to 8 by 5 AM and cooling off all day Monday, chance of flurries Tuesday.
Have a great day.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning 5 but it feels like -5. It will be clear and cool for the week so THEY say. We had the annual truck Christmas parade last night and seeing as we live very close to the highway its only a short walk to a good view point. Its always good fun to watch all the decorated commercial trucks and they raise a ton of money for those who need it.

Mike the guy that wired my Cuda must of had the black spool of wire, thats all he used. I found a used harness that was in real good shape but still untaped to all to check it out for cracks. The alt wire was the only bad wire I found so I reran it with a tad heavier gauge. I also replaced the 2 battery cables with new ones and ran wires for the electronic ignition and my new gauges that haven't shown up yet.
Have a great Sunday people.

The Valiant is tucked away for the season off site but that doesn't stop me from spending money. Picked up an A Body 8.75 drum to drum. Its a little crusty nothing that a wire brush wont remedy. Not a sure grip but will deal with that later. Put the Christmas lights up but there is a short somewhere, have to deal with that. 4 today with a chance of rain.

Good morning 1 and will maybe hit 5 or 6 today. This whole week should be clear and cool but there is maybe flurries for Friday morning but thats a long way away. I must be just plain lucky Mike my lights went up and lit up right away even the timers worked and yes I went and bought a lottery ticket. I am eyeing a few items for the Dart not too much this year mind you I said that before the stroker showed up didn`t I?

If anybody ever finds an a-body 8 3/4 rear let me know. My 8 1/4 does not sound just right anymore.

It seems these 8 3/4 are becoming like hens teeth. I had to buy mine in Ontario and have it shipped here.

Would it not be easier to rebuild your 8.25? Another alternative is a pre70 b body 8.75, that way you have your BBP . You will have to move the perches in s 1/2 inch on each side, but they fit great in the Dart sport bodies

Good morning guys. Cool day here but no snow -6 and a high of 0
Put all my Christmas lights up on the weekend as doing it on a warm day just isn't what I do, my wife always reminds me of that..

Re: Good Morning Thread
It's -11 now and going for a wopping -4 for taday. Very similar weather JG and I agree +25 would be nice.
Hopefully will make it to the garage this afternoon and will be looking for all my clutch parts for the Cuda. I took them off 4 years ago and boxed them in a safe spot, so it might take me a while to find them and hopefully they are all together... ug

Good morning, -13 to -9 and might reach -5. Cloudy and darn cold. Friday looks warmer with maybe light snow and closer to 0 temps.
The only sound in the garage is the radio and light snoring.

Good morning but it's not morning anymore, -13 to -9 and I don't think it will be any warmer today. The sun is sort of present but that's right the weatherman said we were going to be under a cold air system from the north for a few days...looks like next Friday(14th) we might see above 0 or even -20 as it's far away.
Have a nice day.

Good morning, early morning went down to -16, now -10 and I imagine a high around -5 but with sunshine and almost no wind. Paying bills for new parts on the Dart but won't be installed now...it's to damn cold. (vehicle specific electric window kit), thank God I have an account specifically for the Dart.

Supposedly the open-close switch goes in place of the window crank.

Good Monday, (if there such a thing) -2 this am and a high of 6 and nice and sunny.
Working on getting the clutch to work on the Cuda for most of the weekend and I feel like I have made little to no progress.
Good day all.
