Working on getting the clutch to work on the Cuda for most of the weekend and I feel like I have made little to no progress.
Good day all.
Swearing things in and getting grey hair....sounds like, keep at it and good luck.

Not bad here low -2 high +2 But cloudy all day.
Yea that sums it up, TTI headers, large bell housing and clutch linkage don't get along very well in an narrow A body. Still on it this afternoon, although I worked on it for a few hours yesterday and I'm still in the same position today (not close). ug
Good day all!

Great idea, need to get a memory stick full of car pics and put it on the TV on repeat!

Yea isn't that true, just to get the bell crank out I have to drop the header down for every try to get the clutch linkage to work. Now that I have the linkage clearing the bottom header tube it binds when pressing on the clutch so now I'm on try no. 3.
Good day all! And not bad here today high of +4

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day we're back from Halifax with my oldest sister and her husband, we go down to see an eye doctor for my brother in law, he can't see out of one eye because of glaucoma because of a botched-up eye operation by a doctor from Moncton he now can't see out of the other eye, but after one operation for fixing one mess he is now scheduled for a cornea transplant, so if all that goes well he will have sight in that eye. After that is all over the doctor said we will have a second look at the other eye and see if anything can be done...so all we can do is hope. There is finally some light at the end of the tunnel. Oh I have another sister who lives not far from Halifax...1/2 hour or so, that is where we crash.
It was sunny this morning but now cloudy flurries and clouds with -7 outside.
Have a nice day and see you later.

Hope so too, this stuff has been going on for about 1 year and 1/2. At least I get to see both my sisters at the same time...I have one sister in my back yard and the other before Halifax...no brothers. They are very lucky to have a good looking guy like me as a brother.............HAHAHA

Good morning 10 and holy cow is it raining. Supposed to stop this afternoon but I bet we have had at least an inch again since last night. As luck would have it my sister inlaw is moving today and as a wonderful brother inlaw I naturally volunteered months ago to help.
Have a great day

Good day, not bad heer in Calgary today low 1 and a high of 7, just wondering when the crappy weather is going to hit us!
Still working on my clutch linkage, I have it kinda working and clearing the header but its binding when you put your foot on the clutch. I might save some hair and blood pressure if I change to an automatic.
Good day all...

Mine has been an automatic since 76(although not the same tranny), back then we were getting married the next year and I do not believe she would have driven a standard.

Good morning, not bad here but windyyyy.. 3 now and a high of 9.
Yea too late for switching to an auto, bought all new clutch pressure plate. I did have a 273 auto barracuda and I kept the 4 sp car. Both cars were V8 cars but 2 barrel cars and I never owned a factory Commando car.
TGIF and have a great weekend.
