Reg my wife had the sciatic nerve go bad on her a couple years ago and it still bothers her now and then, lots of luck with it. It can be worse for some than for others. Warmer climate like Victoria is always helpful too but then there is the dampness...
It's partly sunny this morning and frosty. So far it went from -3 to -1, probably 5-6 for a high. We had an eventful weekend with wind, rain and power failures. Our power went out Saturday around 11 PM and came back sometime after 11 AM Sunday, now I have a cold to show for it. Personally I have seen better times and felt better. wish I was in my 30's again...like that is going to happen.

Good morning its kinda warm out at around 10 or so but its going to dry up and cool down this week perfect time to head to Mexico. Ya JG we all heal differently for sure. I had my left hip go a few years ago and it healed fine this time not so much, i just need copious amounts of free pina coladas and I will be fine. So what does everyone think of the new hemi unveiled last week. I`ll tell ya where you could see one if I had 20 grand USD.

Reg it's always nice to head down south for nice relaxing time and a few included drinks and some nice warm weather.   Have Fun.

The new announced motor at a guaranteed 1000hp and 950 tq  should be a great seller at over 20,000 usd. But I bet a bunch of guys with money will be buying it up. I believe it's based on the Demon block punched out to 426 cid. Should be enough power to twist any car. Nick named the Hellaphant...

Good morning , yea its a nice blue sky here but only -6 and going to -2... wow eh. The forecast later in the week is a high +14 so we get a little reprieve from old man winter for a bit.

Good evening it was cool this morning like frosty kind of cool like warm the van up for 5 minutes kinda cool but absolutely beautiful afternoon so all is forgiven. Got my cruise ship done got all my pain in the ass stuff done got the beard trimmed and found my headphones all in all a great day. One last treatment for the sciatic bastard tomorrow and a meeting with my buddy who is making a sofa frame for me and thats it I am done. Gotta get this back right and quick so nothing but laying around mostly from now to Sunday......ya right.

Good morning all! Another cool one today with a high of 3 and had a tad of snow again last night.

JG I had to put on the winters 3 weeks ago out here in the snow capital, I car left to go as I do it for the family but my brother in law can't get his shit together as he waits until he gets stuck somewhere.

Reg hopefully you get your back where it needs to be to get things back to normal
