Good morning 11 and the heat is on the way starting today. Trying to rewire a car without a bag of missing parts is well..... frustrating. Nobody to blame just a miscommunication I guess but damnit. Anywho all corrected now parts will arrive in a week or so and get er done.
Have a great day

Re: Good Morning Thread
I was lucky to get a virgin car when i got my duster. I was very careful and thoughtful when i added Electrical components this time. I added three terminal strips. One for ground, one for acc on and one for power. All i added were 4 gauges, a fuel pump and a line lock.I even removed the fuse box to get to the spare terminal spade for the ACC terminal. Wiring is tricky on Mopars to say the least. lol the less grief the better.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Not me, mine was a friken mess and shit everywhere I just had enough and got the wire cutters out and stripped the car. A friend on here used the same harness and when I saw his results I knew what had to be done. The only problem is a guy who is a ragtacker and who freely admits hes not a wire puller but thinks he could figure it out with a little time but doesn`t know the questions to ask until the problemn presents itself then becomes a babbling fool trying to explain why the frken problem happened and how do you get past it becomes a frustrated swearing tool throwing madman. Ya thats me except maybe a bit of an exageration on throwing stuff but it helps make the story

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning...afternoon like, was 15 when I got up reached a high of 28 and now on our way down at 23. I started to work on the Dart's front brakes but I found out after double checking that I had the a part for another car I used to have so some time wasted. Only about 2 1/2 hours wasted taking one side apart.
Skies are all clouded over and well likely have a shower or two this afternoon...now even.
Have a great day car people.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good Morning. I actually drove everything i own yesterday. lol Got the vette finished. the gears and spring made a huge improvement, i will be driving that more often now. I took the duster out last night, i need to get the drag radials on there as soon as the new wheels get here. Stopped did a burnout with the line loc, then nailed it. it was nothing but a spin fest.
Any way going to take it easy today, may go to can Tire and buy some flowers do some planting.

if you go with drag radials I have tried near them all and find the nitto 555 the best all around tire real good hook and last thousands of miles some like BFGR only last hundreds of miles .

Good morning-afternoon like, was sunny for a very short time this morning but then clouded over ...high clouds though. Spent a few hours painting some darn shutters at my sisters house, now I feel like a sore old man.
