Re: Good Morning Thread
Good afternoon, just a tad late today as I had to get blood test done and stopped over at my dad's place for lunch.
A nice day here 18 and have the garage door open. I have the trans bolted to my Magnum 360 with the 340 bell housing and things are looking good but I'm using a old cast crank flywheel for testing and I'm looking to buy the correct flywheel soon.
Reg show us some pics so we can enjoy the interior too...

Re: Good Morning Thread
I will post some before and after pics for sure. Just trying to find the right colour for mine this afternoon. I love the yellow paint colour but trying to come up with a contrast colour for the upholstery is challenging. I don`t want leather as I will probably change it again in a year or two so will get my rep over here next week and get some more samples. I am going with the black still but I want to put some soft yellow inserts in the center sections and will top stitch with yellow thread. The 67 that I will be doing is black outsides and red perferated centres and either red piping or red top stitch.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good evening all, been a long day at work today. Didn't sleep a wink last night so that just made the day a whole lot longer. Will be going to bed early tonight. Looking forward to some pictures, Reg.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning all, going to be a nice day here 4 now and a high of 17. Will be in the garage looking at my sisters Jeep as it has poor cold start so I'm thinking a few glow plugs could be in trouble and a winter check and oil change for her.
Good day...
Good day...

Hello, looks like I forgot to click on the ''Send'' button this morning, it was a frosty morning with -3 overnight -1 this morn and 7 was the high, now is the cool down period of the day. Went to see the university girls play hockey this afternoon and this evening it will be the university boys turn.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day all, weather was just to nice today (even early this morning) that I didn't want to lose any outdoor time for computer time . We reached a lovely high of 19 today with sun. Tomorrow should be carbon copy. Enjoy what's left of your day all.

Late good morning, it was 2 when I went out this morning at 9:00, 5 at the moment and that is the high, so going down from here. Not much going on, should be nice all next week so tomorrow it's a bit more yard work.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day all, was a decent day today not very warm, we barely reached 13 today. Got a lot of yard work done, including cutting the grass for the last time this year. Should get dark around 5:30 now, with this damn time change.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Well that was a productive weekend. Residual valves installed, new brake lines done up all fancy and bled, new speedocable installed, new brackets bent and installed for the new floor console, floor console linkage installed AND I cleaned up my mess.
The console I used in the pics is just for mock up purposes and is no the one going in, that one is nicely restored just waiting on the wood grain panels.

Re: Good Morning Thread
JG, my wife is going to start making our reservations for the Atlantic Nationals, tomorrow. There's plenty of stuff that we want to see and do on the way there and back. So even though we are going to be on the east coast for a couple of weeks, we will only take in Friday and Saturday of the nationals. Was going to drive the Duster, down but probably going to take in Nova Scotia and PEI. while we are that close so for comfort reasons, I think I'm going to use the daily driver.

Reg, I haven't been east in over 25 years and the last time that I was, I only went to see some friends in Fredericton, NB. Last time that I was in NS. I was 12 years old. And that was a few days ago . Do you still own that house ? That's a nice looking place.

No the folks sold it when they moved to Newfoundland. That is the nicest home I have ever live in. It had a maids quarters and was across the street from the water, loved it

Wow - what a great day! out for breakfast buffet, cruised to Port Stanley (ON), walk on the Harbour Walk, saw a raccoon sleeping in a tree , ice cream on the way home. The Fish ran like new, only draw-back - have to put in some more fuel conditioner next week when I stuff the pipes and cover her up for winter
