Re: Good Morning Thread
Good Day All, it wasn't a terrible day , we had a few light showers. Supposed to be decent until Monday. Need to finish my last big outside project, so I hope the weather co-operates.
J-G. Congratulations on finally over coming your water leak issue.
Sheldon, hope you feel better soon.

Well your lucky with the flu aren't you! I have been sick for three weeks with it, with combined bronchitis and also a sinus infection and inflammation in both ear canals added into the mix.
Does everyone have a long weekend this weekend?

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning all, almost through with my outdoor project. I ran out of material so I had to go out last night to Home Depot and pickup what I needed, on the way I stopped at the car show at our local Canadian Tire. Lots of nice cars. Only 5 or 6 Mopars. J-G., if you like crashing parties, it's to bad you missed my birthday party last week. We had one hell of a time.

Re: Good Morning Thread
9:00am, woke at 7:00 wish I could sleep in. Got the headers and engine adjustable torque strap finished yesterday, paying the price today with my aches and pains. Still have to mount the rad which won't stop starting it today. I've got yard work to get to but moving slow, maybe an open header engine noise will get me moving.
My son's cleaned out his backyard, to the dump, then back for trailer and car to the scrap yard, worked on his Demon 'til 1:00am, the other went to a party. Man I wish I was still in my 20's, all of that would have killed me.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Cool and wet here this weekend as per usual for May long....I was supposed to be gone fishing but had to cancel as my grandfather passed-his funeral was yesterday. He was 91, lived a good life and had health issues the last few years but it's still tough to let go. See what today brings as far as projects go-I have lots of stuff to do but not a lot of motivation to go out there and do them.

I don't know if this applies to you Alan, but after hearing stories of people battling with kidney stones, it seems Doctors don't like giving prevention tips.

Sorry for the loss of your Grandfather Jason.

Ouch . not fun been there. The nurse actually had sympathy and said it was worse than giving birth? I was rolling around like a fish in the bottom of an aluminum boat. Yes morphine is good.... but not too much it freaks me out , can't control my thoughts is the best was I found to describe it?

Re: Good Morning Thread
It's too late for good morning so good evening will have to do, been cloudy all day but only had one shower. A lot of people gone camping or opening the cottage or putting the boat in the water. Not good cruising weather.
Letting go of a loved one is never fun...sorry. Darn thing is, the older we get the more often it happens.

I can empathize - I've had weeks recently where I dropped 2 or 3 of the little beggars - still waiting to see a specialist
