Good morning my broken thermo says 41 this morning….I wish i thinks its 6 ish and wowsers is it foggy again. Keith did you find out anything on the glass? Dan as kids out here we dreamed of a backyard rink but of course could never happen and when it did get cold enough we skated on the lakes or inland salt water where it mixed with fresh water. JG you are fortunate to have that snow blower to help the old trick back!

Good morning. We got a crap load of snow last night and it’s still coming down. We are around 25 CN. so far. I hate it.
Reg, this rink is just for the grand daughter to learn how to skate where it’s not crowded.

Good morning,
Here are some of the cars sold on the Mecum auction...Looks like some people have lots of money 62 Impala conv. $75000, 59 Impala conv. $200,000, 67 Corvette coupe $320,000, 63 Vette split window coupe $460,000 and they sold 11 cars for over 1 million...unreal.
Cloudy day no snow falling but everything is white.

Re: Good Morning Thread
there was a grand cherokee that had been restored, anyone know what that sold for?
Dan, that is pretty awesome of you to make that setup for the young one.
Started getting sick Friday evening and now sick as dog. Tried getting tested on Sat but you need an appointment and
if you had both shots they won't test you they just tell you to go home and self isolate for 5 days. This is such bullshit and what the hell is the point
of reporting the stats on the news every night when people can't even get tested. My rant for the day

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good evening blah day today 8 or so cloudy foggy bit of rain you know winter west coast style. Saw the surgeon yesterday and got the lousy news I will be in the cast until April 19th at least. Not what I was expecting or hoping to hear but thats the verdict so deal with it and see what 3 more months in a cast will do for me sure hope theres not going to be surgery after all this f me. On a positive note I will be able to weight bear on the foot as long as the cast is on starting next week but with no muscle left that will be interesting. Ya Dan thats a cool thing for the wee ones but did you get the Zamboni over to clear all the snow? The kids in Thornhill sent some video all I can say is better you than us. Cookie there is so much screwed up over this and the numbers they release are a joke if theres no testing for most with it ….oh never mind its a flippin mess.
Have a great evening and stay safe eh

Good morning all. Plus 4 today but dropping to-15 tonight.
Reg, that sucks but at least you can do a little on it. Try having a beer before you try walking, that way when you fall on your face, you can blame it on the alcohol.
Oh as for the Zamboni, it got stuck in the snow on its way here . lol

Too bad you got so much white stuff but I bet the kids love it...would be a great time for a snow blower...unless you have a very strong back and more.

Yea Reg I have a windshield on order. He could not find one in Canada so it he said it could take up to 2 months for me to get it. It's a good thing I ordered it early as I want to drive the car this spring.
I'm still working on getting all the lights n the car working with LED's. I've ordered 2 different flashers and they don't seem to work correctly even the last flasher I ordered had an adjustment for flash speed but will not flash correctly. I even made up a test cct. that I can use so I don't have to keep running different combinations on the car. The LED's are defiantly brighter and you can see the brake lights from a good further distance than the old bulbs.
Stay safe!

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning, it is snowing lightly and only -2 range and there is a very slight breeze...in other words not much going on.
What kind of difference will it make by running 40 gap plugs rather than 35 gap plugs on my 350 horse 360?

Good day all, nice day here around 4 for a high, better than it could be.
I gave up on getting a flasher to work with 4 LED bulbs, Back of the car is getting 2157's for now. Going to try and get 4 way flasher to work using diodes. I hope I have better luck with this.
Stay healthy and have a great weekend!

Re: Good Morning Thread
I have a question for somebody who knows...I need a hi-performance distributor cap and rotor for my 1979 Dodge 360 engine which lives in my 76 Dart Sport. It has a higher perf cam than stock, an accel coil, a 650 cfm Edelbrock carb, headers and develops about 350 HP.
Where could I get one?

JG. I used an accel cap and rotor on my car. I just picked it up from a local performance parts place called Mopac. Never had a problem with it and it fits securely to the distributor.

Reg did you use your original Flasher with the LED's? I even tried the LED lights in the Demon and the same thing happens. The Led's flash so fast you can hardly see them flashing.
Good day, light snow for the day here but around 2 for a high. Stay healthy!
