This morning was +5 and went to 6 but then it cooled off to +1...the north shore is supposed to get snow which might spread to about 3/4 of the province except the south east (where I am).

Good morning its 18 frigen degrees and pouring rain for the last 2 days I think. The snow is melting in the mountains the rain is coming down its ugly again. Stay dry Cookie hope its all good over there. Looks like a great time Lyle! Got the rust converter on the underside yesterday and started the mudding of the welds. I have 3 low spots to go back over but I knew that those spots would be low so no worries. I am using single strand fibreglass mud for those as the body guys say the glass fills in any pin holes so thats good just in case. I had a bit of an issue with the rust converter, I shook the living hell out of it but I have a bit of solid material in the bottom of the bottle so it may not be as effective as it should be. I will go get another bottle and get them to shake it on the machine for me and go over it again to be sure then I can paint it. I hit the inside of the rear wheel wells with self etching primer so the trunk is ready to go for paint for next weekend. Anywho heres a pic or 2

Good morning 17 this morning damn crazy that is and no rain for now. The worst of the 3 in a row is set to hit tonight just what we need. Thanks JG ya I kinda took the day off well if you don`t count bouncing you nogen off the floor joists in the crawl space for an hour getting Christmas decorations then putting them out for another hour or 2 work then I guess I did have a day off lol. Kids came over for beers and pizza and cake so that was nice, we had a great visit and lots of laughs. I may sneak in a bit of work on the car through the week if I can but theres a few pressing jobs to get out first.

Yea Dan I hear you on that, we are the same here. 10cm of snow and they start shutting stuff down, when I was a kid that was a touch of snow.

Dan they must have new guidelines is all I can see but the other thing is that we older drivers drive with more sense than the young generation...

My snow blower broke down already...a darn auger belt, that is not a good sing for this year. And furthermore my back is not in tip top shape!

Actually Dan she ran well - started out -3C, whole parade was clutch in, clutch out, repeat, repeat... but I never stalled her out

Stayed nice and warm except for the hand I had out the window waving at the kids

Good morning 2 maybe some snow today tonight tomorrow. Looking good Keith! Not much happening got some mud on the welds just getting that done now one side at a time. Got the front fenders off now need to find a safe palce to store them, maybe the greenhouse will work. I am still trying to get some double height jack stands but like so many things shipping delayed is the theme. May start masking off the trunk today as the mud dries, its to cold to paint now but I`ll get it ready so when its go time I can.

Same old same old, I thought we could fix the snow blower but we found more parts that need replacing too so looks like a new one is on the shopping list...bummer.
