Good afternoon, cloudy but the temps are really nice at 25. Boy that second dose knocked me on my butt. Lots of aches and pains, slight temperature and all I wanted to do was sleep. On a good note, I feel 100% today. Have a great day all.

Good day, nice here around 28 for a high.
Lyle that doesn't sound good, we had a large rain storm last week and we needed the rain.
Will be working in the garage today as it's stays nice and cool in there. Barracuda shock day and finish off the wheel wells with box liner.
Have a great weekend guys!

Unfortunately Keith, covid precautions and reminders will be around for at least a couple years so they say.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day all, another nice hot day here. It's almost like I have moved to a nice place! Around 29 and 31 for tomorrow.
Working on the exhaust of the ol Barracuda and trying to line it up where I had all the trials but for some reason someone moved the exhaust cutouts on me while I painted the car!
Nice to be going for a cruise Reg and JG, remember it didn't happen unless you supply some pictures!
Have a great day

Re: Good Morning Thread
Well hello everyone, cruise pics? It happened but I did not have my camera along.
I have a leaking oil pressure gauge...inside the car what should I do, just put the original set up back in to plug the hole or is there a cure.
What happened in Kalona where the crane crashed???
Stay safe, be good, have fun.

Re: Good Morning Thread
The pics from me never happened lol camera bag on floor of dining room dumbass this getting old is fun. Couldn’t take any while I was driving because you know the cops are all to willing to give a ticket to someone who looks like they can afford to pay it. JG that crane came down in Kelowna when they were dismantling it. Something very bad screwed up human or mechanical but just horrible news for the workers families and the resident of the near by building who also died. All is good out here hot and sunny no rain in sight and we could use a day or 2.
Have a great rest of your day

Re: Good Morning Thread
A nice warm day here again. I think it's most of Canada. It was 27 ay 10:00 this morning. Reg I understand what you mean when it comes to being forgetful!!! Went to auto wreckers last week and left my parts list at home.
Yea that Kelowna crane that came down was a horrible accident. Hopefully they can find out what went wrong so it doesn't happen again.
I put the exhaust on one side of the car yesterday, had to make a cut in the modified exhaust that fit perfectly 3 times while trial fitting it on the car. Hopefully the other side goes better today!
Stay cool and healthy.

Good evening, very warm here today. We kinda got lucky in my neck of the woods, because even though they said we were supposed to get some thunderstorms today, it didn't happen. But 80k north of me (up around where Brad lives) got some bad winds and heavy rain that caused significant damage. Hope he got through it safely. Enjoy the rest of your day.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning 18 but cloudy today, it may burn off later but alas no rain which we could really use. Jeez that tornado in Barrie was something eh, my grandaughter is doing a summer superviser job at a camp not all that far away. We were doing the worrying thing for an hour or so but the camp was safe and all they got was wet with some wind but those poor folks who lost their homes sure hope all had insurance. Time to rock and roll off to start the parts list for the secret project.
Take care have a great day

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning shes cooling down only 10 this AM but should get to mid 20`s. No rain in sight for the next few weeks so they say which is odd because we are going on holidays tomorrow and it always rains then in fact we have friends who plan their holidays based on when we are going. When Di worked for highways the news letter in the spring alway put a few lines in as to to when the best weeks were to book holidays based on Di`s holiday request. Car meets are ramping up big time around here which is expected based on the new found freedom. I must say the guys around here and everywhere else I suspect were sure busy building cars over the last 1 1/2 years my goodness theres alot of car I have never seen running around. One in particular is a hemi roadrunner numbers car that I have only seen pics of so far but I want to talk to that guy what a car. It just got alot tougher to get a car painted around here 2 guys have shut it down so looks like I am painting my own when its time. I may have a private booth around the corner I can use, its the guy who has the Mr. Norm car and hes a Mopar nut. I have done some interior work for him so theres a good chance if hes not using it I can get in but he is working on his hemi cuda drop top in it so that may be an issue lol. We enough yacking I got stuff to do
