I haven't put snow tires on a car for over 40 years - but the idiots here who think their driving improves when they put on the winter boots learn some pretty stiff lessons around here. Watched a guy earlier today swing out past me just as we crossed onto a bridge - only thing he didn't do wrong was hit the brakes. Looked like he had a fun ride for a few seconds there. Gotta love a six-speed sequential shifter - almost as good as a standard for control on ice & snow.

Good morning -3 and snow is supposed to arrive today tonight and overnight........we`ll see. If we get this snow watch the news for some laughs.

Good morning, light showers this morning but at least we are still above 0c.
Lyle, I put a set of snows on my wife's car and have been saving $75. a year on the insurance plus the summer tires last a hell of a lot longer, and she feels safer.

Did anybody watch the guild garage last night. there is a guy in western Canada with seven Superbirds , one if each colour offered including an original paint petty blue.

Good day, had flurries this morning and the thermometer says 0...the low last night was about -6. Bought some car cleaning stuff yesterday for spring cleaning. The new stuff for this year is in and the selection is at its best. Wait too long and get whatever junk is left.

I don't get that show but it sounds interesting . when I was a kid in the 70's there was a blue superbird parked in front of an old garage with no engine in Charlottetown with a for sale sign on it . I would see it every time we went to town for years and then one day it was gone .

I have been asking around and no one seems to know what happened to it and the owner is long gone . around that time the liberal government had a big hard-on to crush any and all old cars on pei they got most of them but some were stashed . we think this is how this superbird met it's demise . I remember back then people say'in it was to ugly to sell and they should crush it and put it out of it's misery .

Good morning 0 no snow yet but holy moly get the chickens in Ethel shes a gonna blow. The outflow winds tonight are forecasted at 100k+ with snow, with the wind chill it will be around -14. Funny thing about those Superbirds and Daytona`s they could barely give them away now theres more clones than you can shake a stick at. There was one Daytona here but it too disappeared but I`m willing to bet that one is tucked away somewhere here. We have a scrap yard here that takes great joy in crushing the old cars and I know the jerk! All he sees is the money. If you watch chasing classic cars keep an eye out on the shop shots theres a Mopar or 2 sitting in there.

Good morning -9 with the wind chill. It was pretty much blizzard conditions last night and still is with more snow and really strong winds. My wind guage will need a new bearing next week but when the house starts creaking with the gusts you know its howling out there. This wind is supposed to stay around until tomorrow but as long as we don`t loose power I don`t care too much maybe a bit but not to much lol.

HELLO, seems to me I seen something like that before...oh yeah the first storm of almost every winter...before everybody has their snow tires and that snow means slow down!!!

Good morning it was -6 its 0 now and snow is a movin in this afternoon. What a storm that was! It pretty much destroyed a marina on the mainland. The costco garage made it through yet again but I thinks its time to look at something more permanent but local zoning is a joke no wait worse than that so it will take some creative thinking.

Got a dusting of snow last night, but tonight and tomorrow is supposed to be bad. I see on the prairies it is brutally cold. Tuck in spring will arrive at some time.

Wait until tomorrow , we're supposed to see 35-40 cm tomorrow {Tuesday} and another 5 or so Wednesday , got plenty of food , beer and half a forty pounder of Baileys so eff it I'll be doing the cabin fever thing for a few days lol !

Good morning-afternoon, it was -15 early, high was 0 and tomorrow MUCH snow(20-25 CM) and maybe ice pellets or a bit of freezing rain. Sounds like snow blower work-out time. Seems I seen that NS was getting all rain, we have frozen drains so we don't wan't rain. May reach 0 tomorrow. Good luck with the white stuff to whoever got it.
