Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning supposed to rain today but nothing yet. So ya want a laugh? Seeing as I did not want to scratch my new headers I got some real good quality body tape to tape over the areas that may get scratched. 45 minutes and both sides were in, did not put the gaskets on right away but 45 minutes I thought was pretty damn good. 1.5 hours later I finished getting the last of the tape off. Still glad I made the effort but twice as much time holy crap.
Have a great day

Re: Good Morning Thread
Well Reg I think this proves you are a pro at installing headers, maybe not so much at removing tape...
Last time I put headers in it took me way longer than you as I had to pull the drivers torsion bars to get them in, TTI's. I also covered them in a thin bubble wrap to keep from scratching them but it took me around 2 days to do it.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day people, it was a cool 0 this morning, reached a whopping high of 5 but had a little bit of sun. Had the Dart Sport out for a spin...maybe the last one for this year, the weather will decide that.
Well Reg, you can't beat the way Keith said it.
Have a great day.

Keith these were Dougs and I am really surprised/happy with how they fit and more than a few hundred cheaper. The Patriots I took of were a nightmare to put on and take off guess thats why they were half the price of Dougs. You don`t always get what you pay for but sure is the case with headers.

Good morning all. Not a bad start to the day, it's cool but not cold. However all is supposed to change later on today, then it will get very cold with possible snow and or freezing rain. Looks like a good day to stay in. Have a great day all.

Good morning, -3 last night, seen -1 this morning, now 2 and sunny. Looks like a nice day for a cruise but it is kind of cold when you have no heater.
Keep up the good work Keith.

Do the Dougs have the 3 low tubes under the steering on the drivers side? Yea I had the patriots before and I agree they are cheap (er) and that is what you get...
Cold here today - 7 and I think we are stuck with winter from now until spring,,, ug

Good day all. Man what a day today. We reached a high of -5. but we had a wind-chill of -14. We also got a dusting of snow, but I guess it could be worse because only 50km away from here got anywhere between 10 and 20 cm. We are supposed to get up into double digits again next week. Enjoy what's left of your day all.

Three years ago I got 10' of snow on my front lawn and two years ago there was 12 feet on my lawn, the norm is 3-6 feet of snow on my lawn. That is snow blown there by my snow blower.
Did the weather temperature ever change quickly today it was 3 overnight, then 11 this afternoon til the cold front came through around 4 o'clock, it went from that to now -4 without wind chill(and it is windy) with tomorrow's high of only 2. Welcome to winter I guess even if winter is never welcome.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day, today at our house it is birthdays, yes with an s because my son and daughter were born on the same day but 5 years apart...32 and 27 and furthermore my wife's birthday is on the 14th so tomorrow we are going out to super for the three of them so yours truly will be paying the whole thing by myself.
Last night it went down to -5 and it only made it to 1 so far, 2 might be about for a high a little later. Feels like early winter but hope its only a feeling because all the predictions say the real winter weather wont start till after Christmas...hope they are right.
Have a great day.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day, not a bad day here a high of +5 so the snow we have will be gone for tomorrow so we can make room for some more!!!
JG I you have a nice dinner and nobody drinks to much $$$.
I leave for Mexico on Monday and will be gone for 2 weeks so I'll try to drop in but not sure how good the wifi is at this place. It's the occidental xcaret, I'll let you guys know how it is. We have been there before but over 12 years ago.
Have a good week all.
