Good morning, our thermometer reached 34 yesterday while the official reading was around 30. Today is another sunny dry day, lawns are starting to change colour little by little. The temp at home is 19 and should top out at about 33 or so.

Good morning, 11 at the moment but its only 6AM. A special weather statement was issued yesterday for the rest of the week for extreme heat so we will see but this is not good news for the forest firefighters to be sure. Off to camp today after working yesterday, son inlaw made it to the eliminations and haven`t heard the fianl results yet.
Have a great day

Good day all, another very hot and humid day today. Had a big rain fall about 10 minutes ago, but the skies are blue once again.

We had a wet spring and start of summer but it has been dry and warm for just about long enough now.

Good morning all, we are supposed to have a the exact same weather today as yesterday. Reg, it's sort of been a weird summer so far, the weather has been all over the place. They are saying that our maximum high for this coming weekend will only be 23. We have also got more than our share of rain this year. Have a great day all.

Good morning, sunny, bright with no clouds in the sky to speak of. Forcasted high should be 28 today and 30 tomorrow, so home should be 30+ today and tomorrow something like 33+. Great day to lounge around inside or out in the shade. We might get sprinkles Thursday.
Have a great day all.

If you were at the Algonquin in New Brunswick you were just over 2 hours from me.

Good day! 34 at 5 PM and no sun (well ok very filtered) the smoke is so thick. Can`t keep the buds going fast enough to prevent the throat from getting irritated but I am trying. Got momma to the doc today for her final vist after the hand surgery and all is well so no more errands no more work just bloddy relaxing now until the 14th. Brad is Algonquin big rig friendly?
Have a great evening

Reg if we are talking about the Algonquin in NB, I would say not so much but I am sure you could park your trailer somewhere overnight or the whole rig and walk to the motel. It is a tourist attraction so there must be a trailer park around there.

Big rig sites are limited but are available. We have a 30 foot travel trailer towed with a Suburban. My wife does all the booking, I just do the paying and driving! LOL  She says on the web site you can specify the length of your equipment and it will tell you what sites work.  The thing I find crazy about Algonquin is it only has two fill/dump stations and the park is massive with many separate campgrounds each offering hundreds of sites. They really need to upgrade and move into the 21st century. Pog lake is my favorite at Algonquin FYI

If your going to book online it's a bit of a racket in that you can only book 5 months ( I think?) in advance. If you stay up and book to the minute of the 5 months you will likely not get a spot. What's happening is you book the month ahead then cancel a week or so later the first 3 weeks that you don't want and pay the penalty ....... This system sucks but it's whats needed to get a spot in the dates you want.

Good morning 15 and will hit 32-35 today. We are covered in smoke from the fires still and will be for a number of days, my voice sounds like I have taken up cigarettes again.

Good morning, looks like another over 30 day today. Thanks Dan we may or may not be in for trouble mostly depends on the wind as to which way the fire goes but you can bet that substation is under a blanket of fire retardent now. Boy its funny how things go unoticed, last night we played cards until 9:30 went to watch some tv while the campground somehow filled up under our noses. This morning at 6 I stick my nose out and holy crap where did all these people come from. I can tell ya today will be a hoot I can feel it.
