Re: Good Morning Thread
Guess I forgot to chime in today or at maybe just forgot to push the send button. Our low last night was 11 or so, woke up to 13 with a high of 16...cloudy all day, even got a darn shower. The northern half got soaked.
Yesterday I was busy and did not get a chance to go cruising although it was sunny and 21, we might get another descent day this week and I hope I don't miss it. We are still kind of dryish, the people in the countryside that use wells for drinking water might run scarce when winter comes.
Have a nice day.

Reg , I hope it's nothing too serious. Will this put a damper on your trip to Ontario ?Ragtacker wrote:Good day, forgot to post this morning must be Monday. Cool day today only got 7 with lots of clouds and a very cool breeze. They are saying that by Friday, our daytime high will be -1.

We don't have any grand kids yet only kids. My 26 year old chartered accountant daughter might have a clue about this stuff or my son.

Reg, the flu, seems to be hanging around this time, although I do feel much better than I did over the weekend.

Good morning, a nice cool, sunny 0 this morning. We are up to 5 so far, looking for 9-10 region. Installed a new battery in my son's car this morning(no charge for the battery). Fixed the brake lights on the Dart again, this time for good...I hope.
Have a great day everyone.

Cold day this morning in Calgary, -13 right now and it looks like we are locked into this for a bit. The good thing is my garage is nice and warm so hopefully will be out there this afternoon doing some work.
Dan hope you feel better and that flu bug doesn't come back.

Thanks Keith, I'm hoping that this flu doesn't stick around.
Hope both you and Reg, have fun working on your cars. I just don't seem to have any interest in mine this year. So no repairs or upgrades for my car.

There is a simple cure for that: Just plug in a small portable electric heater like we all have where it gets cold enough...''so I guess you might not have one''. But maybe you do for the trailer.

It's not really the lights it's the darn brake switch but a couple elastics fixed that problem...probably caused by the master cylinder which has to be changed...after all it is only 41 years old and never had any work done to it.

Sounds like you feel older than you are, my wife would say ''take your courage in your two hands and get out there'', or something to that effect.
