Re: Good Morning Thread
first driving in 9 weeks yesterday! city only, have to have somebody keeping me company, but what a great feeling after being restricted to other peoples' availability and schedules. Now to get back to work on my regular schedule and build up the clutch leg!
Re: Good Morning Thread
Congradulations Lyle. Theres nothing like self dependence. Depending on others always sucks. Keep up the good work Bud, and it won't be long and you'll be popping the clutch.

Six months summer and cruising season and other peoples driving is no fun either, I know how it feels.

It will probably be May for me before getting the car out. We always expect a dump or 2 in April.

Hey Sheldon. Which rad did you put in your car again? I'm sitting on 2 cheap rads that I bought and thinking I should go to a higher end unit...especially with the Evans Coolant

Re: Good Morning Thread
well i spent good money on my Rad, i have learned, that cheap doesn't mean good. lol I bought a Smiths radiator. It wasn't cheap, but my car holds at 180-190 on a hot day you can watch the stat open and close on the temp gauge. Its a 22" DROP IN RAD, 2 LARGE 1.5" ROWS 3" TANKS WITH A SHROUD.

Nice Rad and I agree sometimes you need to spend the extra cash.

Had a shitty sleep, first cup of coffee. Too early to tell what the day will be like. I work at 9 am, Ugh..lol Big strike looming at the local refinery, been given the heads up, warning, threat if you will, not to cross the picket line. lol Don't you just love a union. I would not cross anyway, not my circus, not my monkeys.

Should be a nice day today, sunny and +6C. If you're bored Sheldon, and want some excitement, maybe you should try and cross the picket line lol!. All kidding aside, do workers ever recover from a strike?

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning all. Going to be cloudy this morning and 9. Sun is supposed to break through this afternoon. Think maybe I'll BBQ something this afternoon.
I personally don't think there's a place for unions anymore, at one time they had a role to play, helping workers. However I think they do more harm than good anymore. But this is just my opinion, for all that its worth.
