Good morning, looks like drizzle not far away, almost foggy and -1. All around a damp day so that is a recipe to stay indoors.
Have a great day all.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning all. Well after yesterdays record breaking temperatures we are sitting at -9 this morning. My TV, and Computer, will be going down at noon today, will be down for at least five hours. I'm changing over from cable, to Fiber Optic. I'm going to be adding Velocity, to my channels, just for the car shows. Looking forward to it as I've heard some good things about it.
Have a good day.
Have a good day.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning 3 with wind and rain for the next few days. Dan I have Velocity and other than hockey don`t waqtch much else. My two shows that are the best in my humble opinion are Graveyard cars and Kindigs show Bitchin Rides. The guy from the Guild is different but how`d he get such a beautiful wife? I know one of the machanics on that show that loved muscle cars had cancer hope he is ok and gets back on the show. The fellow from Phantom car works does some really neat stuff and they havn`t wrecked that show yet trying to add in conflicts and story lines. Discovery has a few car shows I watch as well but am getting tired of a few of them. Check them out ,now if we could get more builds and less rush to meet a deadline fake drama bs I would be happier. I can make my own drama thanks!
Have a great day

I know the owner of Guild (David), he and my X father-in-law were friends, when they were both just starting out. My X father-in-law went the general repair shop way and of course we know which way David went. Actually only seen him when he and my X father-in-law, were making some kind of deal.

I'm not changing because I think it's any better and I could have got all the channels that I'm going to get by making one phone call.
I'm changing because I'm a cheap son of a bitch. I'll be getting more product as well as saving $50 a month for the next 2 years. To me it's all about the value I get for the money I spend.

My better half works for Telus and we switched to satellite from another provider for the same reason less money(plus I can take it with me in the trailer)

This is another reason for the change. I can control, record or even watch a TV show right from my I-Phone.

I guess it's easy for some people. But seriously I tried it ( Retired in 2006) and lasted 2 years, couldn't do it anymore, that's why I work 3 days a week now. I just need to be busy all of the time, and you can only travel so much or play around on the old car so much, then it starts to get boring.
I'm always envious of the guys that can retire. I guess I'm not that guy.

That means you are retired 2 days a week, right plus weekends =4...Good thing we can joke around 'cause we could get in ugly fights otherwise.
And then there is always the darn HEALTH to be concerned about. Age is a wonderful thing...sometimes.

Yeah, I believe they call it Semi Retired. But I doubt that I'll ever fully retire.
As far as health is concerned, I'm as healthy as a Horse. You know...... the one that's ready for the glue factory.

We had lost almost all the snow, just the banks left now, then it went down to -9C today and snowed again, just covered the grass. It won't last though!

Good TGIF morning, bright sunshine BUT -9 at 9:00 AM and not getting warmer for the weekend. There is a cold air mass coming from the north through Quebec and Ontario so we are next in line and heading for a cold weekend. Looks like we are heading for a typical winter freeze and a halt to the melting snow.
Have a great Moparian day everybody.
