Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning, spent almost all of yesterday outside putting the rest of the Christmas lights, decorations and all the connections. Everything works like it should.
It was sunny a little while ago but now the clouds are moving in. They are calling for showers or maybe even wet flurries but we are in the warmer part of the province so probably not.
It is 0 outside right now and the high of the day is supposed to be in the 2 range...not great.
Have a great day all.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day all. It was another cool day, only reached 1 but we had a windchill of -4. Supposed to get a nasty mix starting this evening. Glad I'm already home. Enjoy what's left of your day.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Fiero GT...if its a V6 and not a 4 cylinder it might be worth the bother, on this I would go the upgraded route rather than the stock route, (upgraded brakes, suspension components both front & rear Poly bushings rather than rubber)...stock body but upgrades where they count, maybe even a small turbo.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good evening rather than morning, been busy chasing down parts for the Sport and then cleaning my wife's Aunt's appt. as she is going to an old folks home, she is 91, healthy and very energetic. She loves to dance and do any other kind of activities. She is also starting to forget a little too much to be alone all the time.
It was 0 this morning with a small sprinkle of snow, had a high of 4 and now 2. Got all the parts I needed for the old Dodge, thought I would have a hard time but got everything at the same spot.
Have a great day all.

Re: Good Morning Thread
My other project just materialized on the weekend. My son in law who has the 64 Invader and who races anything with a motor in it has decided my daughter needs a hot rod so we are doing up a rust free 65 Falcon. I questioned whether soiling my hands with ford uck was worth it but its for my darling little girl (40 years old)so I will hold my nose and do it. Its also my grandsons intro into the world of cars, he is already planning his world tour with nitro circus on his motor bike
(He is 4 and yes he has a motor bike) but I would prefer he races a car instead so he is going to learn some wrenching and some upholstery and learn to appreciate the art of working with your hands.

Re: Good Morning Thread
And it was also the Fiero, and you don't even need to get into an accident with them . There is a problem with the fuel lines on them . GM. had a huge Recall on them. I believe someone has also started a class action law suit against GM, and their Fiero.JGL wrote:NO that was the Pinto.smoken340 wrote:Aren't they known as the fire trap ?philcollins wrote:Got a new project, an 1985 Fiero GT. yes i know, a GM. lol

Good morning all, rained all night and still raining supposed to reach 5 today. But I think it'll be a stretch to reach that. Not much on the go today, so I think a lot of R&R.
Have a good day all.

Good morning, -1 this morning when I got up and it is just now reaching +1...about 1 1/2 hours later. Should be reaching the 4 or 5 mark. Quiet but busy with indoor Christmas decorations (start).
