Good morning everybody. Yesterday we got clouds but not much precipitation, today we have sun but only 14 at 8:15 AM should reach high 20s. Today fertilizing the lawn is on the schedule and a few more odds and ends here and there.

Good morning all, going to do some cruising today. Temps supposed to reach 28c, feeling in the low 30s. with lots of sun.
JG, funny you should mention my stomach, I haven't had any stomach aches for over a week now, but today I've doubled over with a sharp pain a couple of times. Learning to live with it.
Enjoy the day all.

Hi guys! back from vacation, more beautiful and cooler weather this week, pulled the Fish out to drive while I'm working the next few days, local show & shine and BBQ tonight - wife thought it was a good idea so she doesn't have to cook
Re: Good Morning Thread
To warm to cook anyway or something like that.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Thank you! Replacing my rad with a Champion unit. Decided to go with the Evans product. $225 for 4 jugs. Ouch!! They also recommended that I purchase the prep fluid to eliminate any water that's left in the system. That was another $160!! Just need some direction on the process.

Good day all, nice day here today. I have a small local show to attend tonight. Will try to post some stuff, but my computer gave up last night, so I'm going to have to buy a new one in the next few days. Have a good day all.

Good morning people, still a bit of high fog left to burn off but today is the last nice day of the week before the rain comes tomorrow. 17 when I got up, 22 now and heading to thirty something(33). Good day to do non-stressful stuff.
Have a great day all.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning all, got rain all night last night, but its cleared up very nicely. Wife and I, may go look at new computers tonight. I sure hate spending money on something that I can't drive. Pretty humid here today so I'm just going to stick around the garage and pick away at some small stuff on the Duster.
Enjoy your day.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good day everyone. Well one out of two now ain't bad. Woman is gone, i will not tolerate games, control or manipulation. Car has never done anything wrong to me. lol
As for duster cooling. Unlike most i dont follow the norm, and buy cheap stuff, sorry just not in my nature. I see several all using Champion rads, i am not a fan of those and dont see the quality there. My rad is a 22" smiths radiator, he is expensive, but worth the money. I have an aluminum water pump, and a 180 degrees Robert shaw thermostat as well. The fan is a nylon 18" fan that moves a ton of air at driving and low speed. The rad has two 1.5" rows, 3" tanks and a shroud. With my setup, on a 80 above day i run 180 degrees, 190 if i get stuck in traffic, but as soon as i start to move it goes down to 180 again. Here are the links below. Hope this helps you out.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Don't want to burst your bubble but I heard many times that an engine should not run below 190-195 as running too cold does not help anything and usually makes matters worse. For real cooling there is Allen's waterless coolant but one big drawback is the awful price tag.
