Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning everyone, day 3 (2.5) of the Nats, weather is not cooperating much this year, the rain stopped for the day early this morning. Friday...today is the day where some of the cars are displayed on Main street, weather is not really cooperating, cloudy with sunny breaks for tomorrow but clouds today, chance of drizzle all day Sunday, ah well we have to take the bad with the good and hope next year is like most years so far...beautiful.
Have a good day all.
Have a good day all.

Good day all, small amount of rain this morning, then hot and humid for the rest of the day.
JG. its a shame that Mother Nature isn't on your side this year. Its to bad that we cant control weather.

Hot and steamy here too - Weather Network keep saying T-storms, all I see is bright blue sky and white clouds. Hope it rains and gets it over with, car show on Sunday, an hour each way to get there and home. Cooler would be nice, no air in the Cuda

Re: Good Morning Thread
GOOD morning everyone, it is still cloudy this morning but from what I heard on the radio tomorrow should be warmer and humid with Mr. sun popping out for a look see.
Have a great day all.
And now for an update on the Atlantic Nationals:
Wednesday evening- show and shine, was to start at 6 but at 6 o'clock the 2 parking lots available were just about full, it was breezy, cloudy and cool.
Thursday: free breakfast and then super cruise(just under 200 KM, threatening weather and cool so I and a few others took our daily drivers.
Friday: still cool and threatening weather but no raindrops fell, cool of course, lots of chatting, this is the day where cars that have arrived already are displayed on Main street, did not have my car there this year but did walk through a couple times.
Saturday: Show starts at Centennial park, everyone that wants to be there has usually arrived so if you want a good parking spot you have to join the line-up early. I was there just past 6:15 and was further back than the last few years, should have been there at 5:30 but still had our regular spot although a Camaro had taken one of the spots we wanted. Cars started to come in at 7:30 and at 9:00 they were still coming with no breaks yet, then was the first break and they kept on coming til about 1. Still cool damp but no rain.
Sunday final day, and awards day: The road was dry when I left home, when I got to Moncton the streets were damp(rain overnight?) the closer I got to the show the wetter it got, no rain yet. Cars started rolling in at 7:00 on the dot. Cloudy cool and damp day (Sunday was cooler than Christmas day, but Christmas was unusually warm), dressing in layers was the norm. We had a few drops around 10, a little more around noon and real rain around 2, we put up the sideless tent and stayed under. Number draws all day and jimjimjimmy was the only winner in our group. For one prize they named a Jean-Guy and after a few seconds his wife's name but it was not my wife, so nothing and then nothing else...as usual.
Great weekend after all, philcollins was with us too and I got to meet g Roberts and a few others too. The final count was about 1750 cars on Saturday with a few not showing up on Sunday. Usually we'll get 1650 on Sat. and another 300 on Sunday.
Have a great day all.

Good morning all, gee it's sunny for a change(the sun must have been on vacation at the wrong time). 22 right now and going to 28-30, better than a few layers of clothing.

Not a bad day weather wise and fantastic day car wise. She goes in for the long awaited hood paint touch up tomorrow, and the new replacement power brake booster arrives tomorrow.
