Good afternoon , woke up to -12 this morning and we got up to a balmy -6 with cloud.
Keith, I took our tree and interior decorations down, the day after boxing day. And I stopped turning on the front lights  at the same time. But my backyard is still decorated because of our skating rink.

Hey Dan how often did you use the ice surface for skating...I am curious and dying to know.

Good morning a bit frozen out there, lots of black ice lots of accidents. We have a major storm coming tonight up to 10 inches of snow so they say but who knows.

Good morning, the day started off at -2 and now stands at 2, it is cloudy with snow starting Friday 15-20 cm. There is snow on the ground but not even enough for a snowmobile.

Another 20-30cm coming our way tonight had a couple overnight and roads were icy this morning.

Gee you guys are getting the white stuff this year...our lawns are still green but 15 to 20 cm forecasted for tonight-tomorrow. Was even sunny for a while today.

I hope the forecast is wrong for you BC guys getting all that snow. We just need the cold to go away, it was -26 again this Moring and a high of -23 so not much improvement.

JG our lawn is so frozen it will months for the frost to come out of the ground, I wish our grass was still green. Hopefully the snow stays away for you!

Good morning just above 0 but theres freezing rain coming ontop of the 8 inches we got. Man what a day yesterday Di flew to Calgary to pick up our new puppy. 14 hours of cancelled, late, non existant flights. Thanks for nothing Westjet, who would have ever thought Air Canada would over take Westjet as a prefered airline but its happened with everyone I know and i have cousins who are pilots for both. So meet Charlie 2.5 pounds of charm.

Cute little Yorkie there Reg.
Had a great start to my day, was getting out of my truck at work and got one foot down and as I was getting the other one down....bam! My left foot all of a sudden went right from underneath me and I hit the ice covered pavement hard. Landed on my upper left butt cheek and left elbow and man did that jolt my neck and back. The parking lot had just finished getting plowed and no one bothered to apply salt.

Watch that falling the ass stuff Cookie it hurts and lasts longer as you age lol. We have a salt shortage here so even the roads are mostly not salted. Thanks for the link I will have a watch tonight once the puppy settles.

Good morning day started off at -9 and somewhere over the low 20 cm mark of fresh white snow. All is white but the sun is shining so should warm up a bit.

Good morning 1 and it looks like the local curling rink ice guy was out all night putting pebbles ice down everywhere man is it slick. The snow started in different areas then turned to freezing rain just now.
