Good day guys. I finally am getting rid of the dam shingles I got a couple weeks back. Doctor said I would have burning sensation where the blisters were but I didn't get much of that just some monster headaches.

Cooler hear today, only a high of 4, I wish it was 17 like you guys have Dan!

Well that's great news Keith. I've heard of a lot of people having shingles for a couple of years and lots of aches and pains.
Oh and you know this warm weather is just here to tease us and think spring is early. I'm sure there's still some cold days left.

Glad to hear you're feeling better, Keith - I think that anti-viral Rx helps a lot. The wife and I get the second shot of the newest shingles vaccine April 1st. Nice weather today but I've been office-bound with the start of tax season - looks like it will be a wild one this year.

Some sun and some clouds today we have reached 19 so far. I just came back from a nice walk and I found it to be too warm for the way that I was dressed. Cool down is supposed to start tomorrow.

Depends on the weather, but on nice days I was walking 4-5 kms. But since my hemoglobin has dropped again, I'm lucky to go 2 kms without getting completely exhausted. I'm seeing uphill grades again that most don't notice.

I am doing 3k a day as fast as I can go. I lost 12 pounds since I started and really don`t want to loose anymore possibly a pound or so but the BP is under good control and I will be getting my cholesterol and sugars levels tested agian in a month or so but felling way better now

Great day here weather wise. When I left for work this morning I had about 8" on snow on the travel trailer. Got home this afternoon and it was all gone and dry. The lawn is mostly clear now! Temps about 60 F and high winds sure beats up the snow! Soon boys! Soon!

Wish that I could do that, but because I'm have issues with my blood count, breathing is the big issue. Doesn't take much to be short of breath. Working on getting it under control.

Good evening guy. Had a nice day here around 9 and better for the weekend. All the snow is gone in the back yard but still a bunch on the front.

Started doing a bit of work on the Cuda, feeling way better but still have some headaches, so hopefully next week I'm all better.

Well good noonish morning, nice bright sunshine and 13 so far We have been getting a few weather systems that come from Ontario lately...only a day or two late, depending on the wind. Nice to see the snow melt and the water run freely. Work to start on the dash soon.

Good day all. Bright and sunny today but the winds are very strong and cooler today than the last few days we however are at 11. Going to struggle to get up to 5 over the weekend.
Keith don't over do it buddy. The car will still be there when you get closer to 100%.

Good evening 6 and it will get below 0 again tonight which means the municipality will be out brining the friken roads again. Can`t get a bucket of salt for a park sidewalk or a road repair but the brine seems to be endless any way enough of that the car stays put until they stop it. What a week work wise my gosh I wish I was 10 years younger I could make someone very well off but I have neither the patience or the inclination now. Going to be a stellar weekend and like Cookie I am going to sit facefirst into the sun and soak it up!!!!! The thing abut the exercise thing for me was being a track guy in school a hockey/baseball guy into my late 40`s there was never a need to exercise I was doing it playing my sports then the 50`s rolled in and all the sports wound down as age set in but the body was till good then the 60`s showed up and there was a few pounds found but the brain still was go go go but the body slowed and it was the silent killer that almost got me. I have what they call an athletes heart, low heart beat medium/high blood pressure and when I went to my surgery in January it was out of control but because I had always been so athletic there were no signs that I saw. I was 220 over 110 the day of my surgery and they almost did not cut me but he did and he said he regrets not sending me to ER instead. Its all good now a bit of a change in diet and as Cookie says daily exercise is key but they call it the silent killer for a reason and I had no idea I was becoming a victim. Today after loosing 12 pounds and now down to my weight I had at 40 I feel great and my bp is bang on 120/80 every morning. Do yourself a favour buy a bp machine and use it get your colonoscopy done and keep on your diet, we are getting to the age that this is so important. My colonoscopies have saved me from cancer I go every 2 years now because of the polops they find normally every 5 is the normal unless they find too many. Keep on it look after yourselves I know I am going on and on but I care and guys never talk about this shit everday is a good day above the green stuff and its even better when your health is not a concern.

Sunny and 6 today. Went for a walk last night and the wind was coming out of the north. Holy Shit, it was cold. I still walk everyday but until I get my blood count up, I can't walk as far as I'd like. My Doctor, also told me that because I get very light headed, I shouldn't walk alone. Hopefully I'll soon be back to my regular self.

Good morning -0 lol I thought 0 was zero but apparently theres a -0. Time to put the Hudson's bay blanky away the cold is mostly gone now. Have to get on the roof of the rv today and take apart the dish and put new electronics in it which of course means me and a ladder hope it goes better than the last time I was on one.
