Lyle what brand of headers is that? Look like a nice fit. I used TTI, and had to buy the special starter.
Dan they cup holder idea is fantastic!
We have the same thing, lots and lots of smoke and only a high of 18 today. We won't be seeing the sun with this heavy smoke!!!
Just back from holidays at elk water just south of medicine hat. It was real hot down there most of the time. 2 Days of rain did cool it down a bit. I'll be prepping the Cuda for final paint in the next week and a half.
Good day all!
I really don't know, Keith - my mechanic started with a set of Hedmans that he was told would fit, but he had to give up on that idea.
These ones came from Layson's and he said that they pretty much dropped in.
Re: Good Morning Thread
Lyle, Looks good buddy, nice job.

Thanks Lyle, they must be the old spitfire headers that were remade by laysons. They do go in nicely and tuck up so there is no dragging on the ground.
Another heavy smoke day her again, only a high of 16.
Have a great day all.

Good morning 16ish I think, Smokey still and they say it won`t clear now until Thursday. The medical gurus say this is like smoking a half pack of cigs everyday crazy eh. Rained yesterday but they say thats not good for the cars paint and stuff because the ash and water mixed is caustic like lye. The Darts tucked away so thats all good But the other cars will have to tough it out.

Good morning in the morning for a change.
We even get a residue of the smoke over here such in orange evening skies and more shade than usual.
Went down to 3 and now back up to 6...well them is the breaks.
Everybody is doing ok and life goes on.
This Atlantic bubble sure is nice for us.
Later, be good and stay safe.

Its lifted a bit now hopefully it clears so we can get a bit of sun today as its supposed to rain tomorrow. The province is now sending firefighters from here to help and good luck to them. Got my new sign yesterday its bead rolled by a fella in Vancouver.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Finally, good morning in the morning even. Yesterday was our first day of below 0 mornings (-1). I had to scrape the windshield. Today it got down to 0 and we are awaiting the arrival of Teddy...a tropical storm from down south. Halifax and Cape Breton should be getting the brunt of the storm but things may yet change. Ourselves we should get rain and diminished winds and lots of clouds which we are already here. Should go up to 21 Friday. Looks like some regions of the country are experiencing a 2nd wave of covid.
Stay safe guys.

Good morning, the sun is out, we did not get too wet and the winds around Moncton were not that great. The only spot to speak of that got wind to speak of was Cape Breton area. I had put most of the summer loose stuff away but I guess it was useless as what was left did not even move.
Down here the annual moose hunt is on and two of three group of friends have been successful so far.
Have a great and safe day.

Good morning, cool and cloudy this morning but should see sun later and highs of about 25. Only about 5 more weeks of driving the Dart Sport til snooze time. Supposedly our great maritime provinces is the best covid free place on the planet.
Be careful of covid no. 2 which us in the Maritimes have no sign of but have a great day.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good afternoon on a day it was supposed to start clearing we had rain like a beer tap on payday. Made pain cream this morning then went to a funeral, it was as you would expect except we all were spaced out in rows, all masked so you didn`t really know who was who except if they had a big head or weird ears then you knew lol. No open food after in the reception it was all individually boxed, coffee was poured into go cups with lids, it was just the way it has to be. Poor lady died of sirosus of the liver but never drank. So next week summer returns with temps into the mid 20`s they better not be lieing.
Have a great rest of your day

Re: Good Morning Thread
Another gorgeous day! Ran the Fish 260 km today - went to an out-of-town rolling car show/tour - mostly highway, avg 19 mpg running between 90 - 105 kph. Man, those new headers + 4bbl carb = superb acceleration in 3rd and 4th.
spent the whole tour following a '40 Plymouth - nice car
and masks and social distancing for the most part were followed
tomorrow will be rinse and repeat, taking advantage of what should be another nice day before what looks like 2 weeks of rain moves in and the Fish goes back into storage till the sun shines again
