Probably 2 years as next year is Northwest Deuce Days here in Victoria and I will be voluntering at that one for sure. My nieces guy is building these down on the south shore
my boat was built in SW Nova Scotia and is a lot like that one but not as wide. that looks like a super 45 and they can take a serious amount of abuse . I was hoping you were still coming down this year but things out of our control pop up .

Re: Good Morning Thread
Late good morning, this morning it was errands and when I got home it was summer tire time(round 2) and even a little more work on the Dart.
This morning temps reached the plus side around 10 AM, the sun was present, our high was around 8-10, slight breeze.
Have a great day all you Mopar gearheads.

Good morning, well the weather gods are calling for partly cloudy day and a high of 5 but we are totally cloudy and at 4, so who knows what the rest of the day will be like. No tire changing today as we are on the wedding preparation mode til noon Atlantic time at least.
Have a great day to one and all.

Re: Good Morning Thread
I don't mind the heat...bring it on, it will be welcome by me BUT my wife and heat are not a good match at all and her brothers are in the same boat. We are leaving for Riviera Maya Mexico on May 3rd (bright and early), the wedding is May 7th and we are coming home May 10th. I am wondering what kind of reaction I will have, will it be like my mother or like my father?? Can hardly wait for those free drinks, although they seem to disappear to quickly at times. I might even have one for you and every who is coming down. Over 7 days that wouldn't be to hard to manage.

From personal experience if you get a chance to go to Chichanitza(sp?) don`t pass it up you will be amazed at the very least.

If that is the place where they have music and strobe lights, I will not be going but all the young group is going.
I edited my first message...added more details , so read the ending again.
And by the way the sun showed up too.

Re: Good Morning Thread
we got lots of water - it's frozen all over everthing! and supposed to be even worse tomorrow - fortunately the freezer and the wine rack are both full, and we've got enough firewood that if the hydro goes off we'll be OK. Brrrrrrrr

Almost sounds like winter again, all you can do is is wish for spring to pop up soon. On our side we had an easy winter for a change, my snow blower did not get overly worked this winter, I don't think I will bother with an oil change next fall. I suppose I could get used to winters like this. We had an easy winter compared to the last three...we were non in the snow belt this year for a change.

Good morning 4 with showers. In the middle of the night both of us woke up to an incredible noise, I layed there thinking the wind was howling and I layed there long enough that Di got up to look(me smart) and bloody hell it was rain. Its been along time since we had rain that torrential never mind waking us up out of a dead sleep. Showers in the forecast now but nothing compared to what you poor guys are getting back east please stay safe.
Have a great day

It is my daughter's wedding and yes we all plan to have fun. It is actually cheaper to get married in Mexico than around here...including the trip and motel.
