Grumpy427 wrote:Well interesting news... There is an opening for a technician in Halifax. I am going to look into it. Might be time for a change? I was looking at houses, and i can make money on mine and buy a place there for a lot less. Only thing i have seen so far is they are not big on garages there, and there doesnt seem to be a lot of natural gas heating there?
Halifax is just a big rock, that is why you do not see much natural gas there and besides natural gas in the maritimes which was announced as a great deal is actually more expensive than electric heat and you will see that most people heat and ac with their mini-splits...heating and cooling system.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Well first day back it has been a great 15 days seeing the western part of our great country...this part is sure beautiful and has many attractions.
Thanks Reg for the great hospitality...too bad it was so short but schedules are schedules.
The only part I did not enjoy as much as the others was Vancouver as there are too many people there for my taste.
It is always nice to be back home....now I have to prepare for the Nationals.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning, hit a high of 32 yesterday and already 23 at 10:20. The skies have a few clouds but sure is better than rain. Waxed for over 1/2 of the day yesterday to get the car ready for the Nats, today it's mow the lawn and vacuum, oh the preparations we make for car shows. Coyote Jack had a seal to change in his tranny, did so and now has no forward gears, hope he gets it all straightened out soon.
Have a great day off work.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning, only one here again, maybe it's time to say good bye to this site or maybe it is just holiday time. Anyway it's 17 this morning but cloudy for now, should clear up later. Reached 33 yesterday. Weather should be ok for the Nationals except for Saturday which announced 70% chance of rain and is down to 60% and Friday was forecasting 70% and is now 20%, so lets keep our fingers crossed. Should see a few clouds this weekend unfortunately and maybe a shower.
Have a great day.

Dan was on here last week, this week he is supposed to be traveling down to the maritimes and the Atlantic Nationals over here in Moncton N.B. We should be meeting up this weekend for the car show, hope the weather cooperates. The Nats really start Wednesday afternoon but the big display is Sat. and Sun..Keith Mopar wrote:Has anyone heard from Dan, I hope is doing ok!!

Good morning, 15 at 9:00, looks like another beautiful one sunny with only a few clouds now and then. Getting ready for crankycrow's visit with Mopar friends and lobster. Hope Coyote Jack gets his tranny problem worked out. Most of the polishing and cleaning is done, all that is left is to dress up the tires and fill er up and then it's Nationals time starting this afternoon.
Have a great Mopar day all of us Moparians.

Good Morning. Its hot as a F&*k here in Sask. but i ain't complaining, was 35 Monday. and in the 30's all week. I am on holidays this week, and have the Vette torn apart. Fixing all the nagging things i didnt do the first time the car was apart. lol Found a great place in Windsor to source parts from at US prices, so i am happy about that. And the best part, one of the parts i need is an OEM Gm part. not a China made piece of crap.

I haven't left yet but as soon as I stop typing. The sun is very present, it's 22 at 10:15, should be cruising a bit and heading down town soon too. If your day is not great, mine will be.
have a great day anyway!

Re: Good Morning Thread
You must have gotten the pics from Dan, I sure did not have time to download anything yet.
The sun was out this morning but clouds are now dominating, it was 20+ at 9:30 and did not cool off either. Now 27-8.
