Good morning everybody, all the outside was white again this morning but it is all melted already as we are sitting at 3 but with clouds of course.
Just a bit more clean up on the Sport and she is ready to go. Her coat of wax really made a difference, that plus, shinier wheels and a sure grip.

Good morning everything is damp outside so we must have gotten snow which is all melted or showers. Anyway it is 2 outside with the sun showing up later and heading to the 10+ region. Have some shrub uncovering to do this morning with the help of my son, should not take long.

Good morning 12 and more showers expected today. Got quite abit done yesterday and hopefull y finish up the framing today. 3 showers yesterday ruined my monetum but probably save my back so good trade off.

Good evening all. Was 20 today and we had lots of sun. Just had to enjoy this day. Think I may have found a property that's going to work for. Only got to try and work something out with the seller.

Good morning, 9:30 and already7 and going much higher. The sun which was to be out yesterday is finally here. A little more yard work and I might take out the Sport for a cruise and hope I don't hear any weird noises from the rear end. Went for my 1/2 hr walk which I do weather permitting. Seems like it's going to be a nice day.

Good morning, still 0 but it is still early, clear and cool night but the sun is shining, should reach a high of at least 12 today. Went out for a short cruise yesterday but my new last year temp gauge will not work, I changed the sensor inside the garage and did not restart the car.

Good morning 6 and waiting for showers, worst April I can remember. Dropped off the 727 core for rebuild ,tore it apart when I dropped it off and looked pretty good so no major damage to worry about just bushing etc. Going to have one strong power train when this gets installed. Need to buy shares in BF goodrich

Good Morning, cold cloudy and lets not forget the wind. lol hitting the -2 again but its plus 6 by mid afternoon.

Well i started my 4 km walk again, to start i am doing it every second day till the muscles in my body get used to doing stuff again. HAHAHA. At the same time i do feel better already. Had a full physical a bit ago, and Dr said flat out all your issues will go away if you lose 30 lbs. Plus no more chips and stupid snacks.

Yes Reg i agree, i love my sugar too thats where all the weight comes from. Since i started making coffee at home in the morning, i have 3 cups and thats it, no more 3-4 Large Dbl Dbl from Tims every day. Happy to say i have taken that Tims coffee money and applying it to the principal of my mortgage. So thats an extra $400 a month right on the top. Be debt free in 10 year or less...

Oh i was damn near debt free, we owed $30K on the house when the ex wife got the idea to become a 20 year old bar star at 50 years old. Stupid TWAT. The only person winning here is the Bank. This house will have been paid for 3 times by us. Holy shit the bank has made a lot of money off of me. Paid $57K for it in 1990, paid it off in 6 years, borrowed $90K to add on 400 sq feet and redo the inside. Almost paid that off when she left, then had to borrow $250K this time to pay her off. Stupid over inflated housing market, thank you very much. But i can laugh about it now. HAHAHAHA
