Re: Good Morning Thread
No this might be the real world in New Brunswick, but here we are used to sun and heat. lol.
Wires have at least an 1/2 of ice on them now and the freezing rain is falling faster than ever. Three months until cruising season starts .

Re: Good Morning Thread
Around here we usually start seeing classics around the end of April, although our first shows are normally the first long weekend of May. I'm hoping to be able to drive the Duster on my birthday, which is May 13th.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Down here in the warm south we can plan on May 15th and on a good year May 1st. I hope this year is a good year, it sure would be different, haven't seen one in the past 11 years my car has been around for its second life .smoken340 wrote:Around here we usually start seeing classics around the end of April, although our first shows are normally the first long weekend of May. Re: Good Morning Thread
Good morning, not as cold has Keith, -9 now had a bit of snow last night and according to the weather radar the freezing rain is going to miss us, Fredericton and area is going to get the brunt of it. Anyway, I cleared the driveway this morning of about 8-10 cm of snow but it was mainly to clear what the plow had dropped of at the start of the driveway. Looks like Reg will have his hands full with the weather too.
Try to have a great day.

Re: Good Morning Thread
So phil is not going to get freezing rain either so looks like Fredericton and Miramichi is the guilty party.

Re: Good Morning Thread
Thats actually a term John Madden used during a telecast one day. He was describing the mess along the defensive/offensive line and I grabbed it and from that day on I use it every once in a while when something is going to be a big ol sloppy messblown motor wrote:Reg, is slobbernocker a west coast term or something you made up? I've heard it used on a few bad things, be it sports, weather or anything that is bad.Ragtacker wrote:Thats actually a term John Madden used during a telecast one day. Nice day, went to see my doctor, everything is fine, for a 60 years old. My back is still sore but not bad.
So i went for a snowmobile ride, the trail were groomed last night so it's was real fun. Took it easy, only done 120 kms.
Forecast of 15cm of snow for tonight, will see.
