I guess you will be insulating it. Are going to put a furnace in as well ?

Yes, full insulation, like a house. Not supposed to need a furnace, will see next winter.

Are the heated floors supposed to keep the building warm? And is it going to be warm enough to work in?

Yes, full insulation, like a house. Not supposed to need a furnace, will see next winter.

Looks great! I had floor heat in my last garage and no other furnace is needed. It is a good idea to install a ceiling fan to blow the warm air back down to floor level so the boiler runs way less. The moving air also helps dry the floor if you drive in with snow etc. on your vehicle or sled.
