Not insulated and not heated. Before I sold my place in Fort Erie, I had a heated 6 car garage, it's only been 2 years this coming summer and I still haven't adjusted to the size.

No complaints there other then trying to get people to pay me the money they owe me on time...
Re: What drives you NUTS about your garage?
I know too small isn't allowed, but seriously, mine is just deep enough to park an A body inside. I can't walk in front or behind it. Good thing I'm extending it 12' x 24' in 2 weeks.
Oh, it needs a wood stove.

I wish I would of made it a bit taller, once the hoist is in there the car is very close to the roof. I also need more shelves to store my Mopar parts.
I don't think it maters how big you make it could always be bigger!

Personally, mine has shelves, insulation, tools and chest, all kinds of junk including a lawn tractor in the summer or a snowblower in the winter. Instead of 12' long mine is 16+ but it's only a single car garage and I can't go wider because of an electrical easement. "IT"S NOT WIDE ENOUGH"!!!

Re: What drives you NUTS about your garage?
Wow that is narrow, my door is at least 1' wider and I have 2-3' on each side to store junk and tools. I can open my car doors about 3/4 way on both sides at the same time. It is longer and wider than a normal 1 car garage but not by a whole lot. I built it as wide as I could because of the easement and a little longer too, would of loved to have a double though.

Re: What drives you NUTS about your garage?
I guess I shouldn't complain but, my attached garage is 24x24 with expensive electric heat. So I don't heat it much in the winter. It is where my project lives. I need to upgrade to a nice Natural gas forced air heater.
My back garage is where most of the magic happens but it's too narrow at 16 feet wide x 24`long and only has 8`ceiling. By the time all my tools, parts bins, air compressor and blasting cabinet in there with 6`high 8`wide cupboards and 12 `of bench in there I can't really put the car in and still have room to work on it. It does have a nice NG heater though.
Soon to be warm enough to use both, then not too much to complain about other than all the wife`s stuff in there.

Re: What drives you NUTS about your garage?
Mine is 35 long by 12 wide, two cars in lengthwise. What I hate about it is the floor has a crack and is deteriorating, it has no heat and I don't have a 71 Charger R/T to keep the Duster company.

Re: What drives you NUTS about your garage?
Hey Steve, good to see you on the site. Hopefully you will stick around. And we really need to get together for that cup of coffee, some time this summer. I would settle for a 69 Coronet R/T. to keep my Duster company.

I was thinking the same thing. Almost looks like he has to go out side just to change his mind.

Re: What drives you NUTS about your garage?
Hi Dan,
I plan to be on here more often. It's great to have a Canadian Mopar site.
I'm up for a cup of Joe for sure once it warms up around here. Our rides will look pretty cool parked together. 69 Coronet R/T is a fine Mopar too.
Take care,
Steve

Re: What drives you NUTS about your garage?
We were in Willowdale until last June. Moved to Don Mills, Parkwoods-Donalda specifically. With moving, unpacking, some renos and everything I was pretty tied up last summer. Plan to hit more cruise nights this year, weather permitting.
If I remember correctly, you're in Etobicoke?
Cheers,
Steve
