And the question is...WHY?

Wasn't for myself JG.  It was for a friend of mine. He had a Nissan Rouge, that his youngest son stole from him, smashed it up and wrote it off. The insurance won't cover it, because my friend wouldn't charge his son with theft. So because he had no other car to drive, I was driving him around from dealer to dealer, looking for something. Spent the whole day and didn't find anything he liked. Maybe we will find something today. Just going to try and get a couple hours of sleep.

Nice picture. At least you were able to take your car out. It rained off and on here all weekend, but when the rain came down, it was in down pours.

Dan said '' YEA, Your probably right. It's just another foreign piece of CRAP to me.

According to my calculations: Nissan 1st, Toyota and Honda about even, Hyundai and Kia next, same company, then there is Mitsubishi and others. By the way BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar and Rolls Royce are also part of that bunch and lets not forget Fiat...

No foreign stuff in my driveway. All my daily drivers are Fords, and my Duster was made along time before anyone was partners with Chrysler.

Looking for a new vehicle also. Like the Dodge Journey and Jeep Compass and Cherokee but all the reports say they aren't good vehicles. Like the Hyundai Tucson but the have a huge blind spot and you can't see much out the back window when backing up. The search continues.

I was actually told by a manager at a Honda dealership, that the best thing on the road that a working man can afford is the Fords. Apparently Ford, are the ones with the fewest recalls.

I'm on my second Journey (2010 and 2014) and I can never figure out what the "reviewers" are talking about! Comfortable, looks good, quick, and handles extremely well, and only 1 recall each. ]

For what ever reason, the Journey, carries some kind of Stigma. We have a really nice, clean, low mileage trade in at work and we've had it at least 3 months. A dozen or so people have looked at it and they all passed on it. If it was the R/T, I'd probably buy it myself. I love the Journey R/T in red with black wheels.

Did a web search. Really doesn't look to bad for a small suv and the pickup version looks ok, but also looks useless as a truck.

Good morning all, only slept for about an hour last night. Starting to get tired now, but I have to take my buddy to pick up his new car this morning. At least its going to be a real nice day, 15 now going up to 22. Guess I'll take the Duster and scare the crap out of him.
Have a good day all.

Good morning, bright, sunny but cool this morning, another possibility for cruising today, only 5 now but heading towards 20s. The Duster SUV does not look too bad for a European made vehicle.
Watched the Blue Jays win in 11 innings last night 5-2. Edwin hit it hard at the right time with a 3 run homer.
Have a great day all.

Yeah, I watched the game as well. Thought for sure that the Jays were going to blow it. Both starters did a hell of a job. But the way the Jays relievers have been doing lately, I thought that when they pulled Stroman, that was it, but to my surprise, the relievers held up.
