Good afternoon, what a day sheesh. We are going into the deep freeze here this weekend -7 by Sunday so they say. Dan I am really hoping you can drive by the time cruise season ramps up dont be too hasty with the for sale sign. I am still in mourning

Well we got upwards of 25 cm. of snow. And they say we’re gonna get another 10 cm by Sunday.
Reg, I can’t let it sit much longer, the tank of gas is going to be 3 years old by June.

Good day, we were suppose to be in the deep freeze starting today but when I got up it was +9 outside but we now will have a low of -27 by Sunday. I'm not sure how much snow we are going to get but it is lightly raining out right now. Sounds like this weather mass is across Canada.

Dan Did you put any fuel stabilizer in. I've left my cars sit that long and so far have not had any problems with up to 3 years!

I primed my grandsons new body kit parts for his old Neon. It seems he would rather go for looks than work on his new 2.4 turbo motor... kids!

Hey Keith, I put Sta-bil in it when I parked it. I let it run for about a half hour so it would go through the system. Then at the beginning of this winter, I put in another bottle of Sta-bil, but I didn’t let it run this time. Just figured it couldn’t hurt to add it.

Hey Cookie, I thought of getting my wife to drive it. But she is scared of the car. She says that it has too much power and because of the manual steering and brakes she’s a little Leary about losing it. And I don’t have any neighbors that I trust to drive it.

Good morning 5 and it just stopped raining but tonight the cold air moves in for a long visit by the looks of it. Dan I guess I am going to have to come out and visit the kids more and take you for quiet rides down country roads.

Well we are having a few flurries today. But starting tonight it’s supposed to intensify but we should not get anymore than 4-5 cams.

Good morning 5 and thats about as warm as it will get for the next while, it should be -7 by tomorrow night. Pretty busy 3 1/2 days this week finishing the Studebaker interior but shes done and I am beat up lol. Now back to the Valiant hopefully. Heres a few pics

Wow Reg, it almost looks like you have done that before. Great job buddy. Well the snow has started and it’s supposed to fall until tomorrow morning. My furnace quit yesterday. Good thing is the son in law is a gas fitter so he came out right away. But the furnace has seen better days, so here we live with a gas fireplace to heat the whole house. Hopefully we can get a furnace right away tomorrow morning and he takes the day off to install it .

Good morning cold like -1 or so. I know I know we have it pretty good but I didnt want to be left out. Thanks guys it was a lot of labour to do that one, close to a hundred hours not including the install. When you drive away and the owner is ecstatic thats pretty good. Got a bit more done on the Valiant yesterday, when you look up from the floor to under the dash and see a bit of rust well theres only one thing to do.

Good morning all. Well when it rains you it pours. First the furnace went out and then then last night my drain in the basement backed up. The weather is cool today -7 feeling like-10. Have a good day .

Good morning 0 snowing grr. A backed up drain is more than a pain in the ass Dan usually means theres more to the story. Cookie my mom had a cold that lasted 5 weeks it seems to ba a nasty version this year. JG -20 is a tad on the cold side stay by the fire lol.

Cold and cloudy today but at least no snow. Turns out the drain was blocked by tree roots but $5k later and all is well with the drain. As for the furnace, it’s still not working properly. Hopefully that will be fixed before we hit some really cold weather.
