Good afternoon, we are sitting at 3 but it's supposed to get cooler over the next couple of days.
Our numbers here in Toronto, just under 2000 a day. Mind you our numbers have gotten slightly lower over the past week. They say our numbers spiked because of Christmas.

Good day 6 and the “S” word is in the forecast for the next 4 days or so. It will just be flurries and probably rain here but the mainland will get it for sure. 5 hundred or so here Dan 47 on the Island which is a new high number for us.

Good morning the sun just made a guest appearance which did not last. Looks like our next sun will be Monday or so and without any significant snow which is not normal for us but not great for the snowmobiling crowd.

Good morning -3 but clear as a bell again. Yesterday I noted on a drive out to a supplier there were baby lambs in the fields, snow geese flying home, crocuses and daffodils pushing through the soil. All fantastic signs of a warmer season on the way but alas today will shove us back into this vortex called winter. Minus temperatures cold cold air white fluffy shit kids seem to enjoy all signs that annoy us more mature members who drive fine automobiles from years past and who prefer to sip coffee and discuss politics of a far off country rather than grip the cold handle of a shovel and move that white crap from one place and place it close by but in more desired space.

Good morning, it's Sunday -6 and is snowing lightly, we got like 2 cm so far, what a storm Laughing

If we are lucky we may have some car gatherings and maybe even car shows this summer but no promises.

Good morning 5 so it looks like we are going to escape the dreaded white scourge here on the bottom of the island others nnnnot so lucky. JG I am not sure what to think at this point about cars and shows. The vaccine roll out here puts me on a schedule for late May and second shot will be into late June Early July but thats us old farts. The younger ones are going to be after the summer so out here it looks like a big forget about it again this year. The Pharoahs had the right idea last year and I am sure its what we will be doing again in having cruise nights come when you want leave when you want and drive the car instead of parking it in a paved lot and trying to find shade for 8 hours and not be able to leave. There was a meet up on these nights but it was kept to a small number of cars and no milling about without masks, one car in one out. We`ll have to see what happens but in all honesty I am good staying at home avoiding people we have joked in our home our lives have barely changed for us except for seeing the grandkids and my mom.

Good day, very cool here but not as cold as it should be. I think car shows won't be a thing again until 2022 and then it may still be iffy. Just gonna have to do more driving and less parking I guess.

Good morning 2 and rain. Rained all weekend some got snow we got rain. As a side note I cut the lawn Friday boy did it need a cut.

Good morning, I suppose we got a total of 5 cm of the white stuff but I cleaned the steps, walkway and driveway already.
Yeah driving around will probably be the only safe thing we can do with our cars for a while.

Lyle, I really have never let gas mileage bother me so much, at least not as far as my collector car goes. I've driven my car to a lot of far away shows. And I think that the only time that I was shocked, was the first time. I drove from Toronto to St-Marys and I used 4 tanks of gas. I knew then it was either put up with terrible gas mileage to be able to drive a car that I love. Or sell it buy something that wouldn't make me as happy.

I get somewhere like 13 to a Canadian mile but I can do worse if I try.
