The original owner from North Carolina, contacted me. He has plenty of pictures and history on the car. He raced it from 1972 to 1990.
I'm hoping to receive a lot of stuff from him.

Thanks guys, From what I've been told, my car was not registered from 1972 until 1990. Hoping for a lot more information and paper trail soon.

I know all there is to know about my Duster. the woman was 51 yrs old when she bought it here in Regina new in 1971. Car didnt get very many miles on it, 20,000 to be exact. the sad part was after she got into the accident with it, she got paid out by insurance and she was so heart broken that she tossed all the documentation in the garbage. Original bill of sale, owners manual. all the paperwork is gone. Hope you get all yours Dan.

No the car went to SGI our local Corrupt Govt run insurance company. It was sold to highest bidder. My buddy bought it, and it sat in his heated shop for over 10 years. He and another guy replaced the rad support and the drivers side frame horn at the crumple zone. Then he found a nice bumper, hood a decent fender etc new rad. and never did anything with it? then i came along and bought it. After he got the car, he contacted the insurance company, and they had the lady contact him. thats when she told him she had tossed out all the documentation.
