I found mine too thin and I just put a leather steering wheel surround on it, it did the trick and saved me a bunch of money at the same time.

Grant makes a wheel similar to a tuff wheel that's pretty good. Would you like a used one. I believe I have several in the other garage. I don't have the adapters for some reason, not sure if you can buy them or not.

I have a Tuff wheel, in my Duster as well. Even with the manual steering and the smaller wheel it's not to hard to steer.

I had a very nice Grant wheel back in the late 80's in my Dodge 4x4, have not seen another one like it since.

do you have power steering in that car? had a 13" grant wheel in my car, bb no ps, parking sometimes was a chore. put the oe wheel back in for awhile, night and day for steering ease at slow speeds, otherwise was awesome. should have the adapter somewhere around here if your in these parts soon.
