Fell down on ice yesterday morning as we were unloading the snowmobiles. My back hurt me a lot, still manage to do 200 kms.

Probably was not a great idea, my back still hurt and i'm having difficulty to walk...

Over a foot of snow here already and just stopped about 30min ago. I just finished another round of snow shovelling my side walk and the neighbours. earlier i did three of the house to the east of me and 1 and half to the west of me.
On another note, I noticed I am not seeing everyones avatar pics and been like that for the last month. Is something up with the site?

At the moment between 105.6 to 105.9 except up north of NB where it is a few cents more as usual (transportation charge).

Hope everything turns out well for you. You really don't want pain killers unless absolutly nessasary. It sucks having to take them daily. I've been on perks since 2006, and I wish I wasn't.
