Got the new bearing and seal combo now all I need is 1 A body rear axle.

Those should be a fairly common item to find. Maybe try a wanted add on here, if you were closer I could let you have one of mine as I have a complete A body open 3:23 rear here.

Got a NOS (couldn't find a bearing trail), unused axle for $40.00.

Found out that my 8.25 rear which has a Dakota sure grip and 3.55 gears is good for 400 hp range.

I'm running 3:55s although it’s a 8 3/4,and they give me a nice bottom end great for around the city, but revs rather high, runs the RPMs up at highway speeds.

Yeah Dan 3500 RPM's is not hard to reach.
