Re: 1968 barracuda convertible
Nice work on saving that Cuda. You got your hands full that's for sure.

T/A motor

I put pictures of it up on fabo even advertised it for sale once, thinking that a guy building an RT challenger
or an AAR Cuda T/A would want it . At that time I did not have the carbs or the intake or the air cleaner
these are all parts I have purchased to complete the block. I have sat on this block with the crank, rods
and pistons for over 20 years never coming across a real RT or AAR car to put it in. So I think she will
look pretty good in my convertible. I did have a local guy in the next town over try to buy for 4 rally wheels
thinking I did not know what it was worth. Some people just kill me how they try to screw you even when
you know what you have and they stand there lying to your face trying to rob you. LOL

Thanks nice to get good feed back, I have had many barracudas over the years none that were
in need of rescue as this old girl. my 67 fast back that I gave to my son is close to this in respect
to how much work it needs but not quite as gone. I had patched it up over 20 years ago , but when
I found the rag top , just had to have it . I Have had 3 fastbacks now a 65 , 67, and 68 sold the 65
a little over a year ago gave the 67 to my son also owned a couple of notch backs - my first barracuda
69 notch back , my second barracuda 68 notch back then all the fast backs and now a convertible.
Of course there were many darts , dusters , demons, valiants and newports, newyorkers, cordobas
and on and on , God I most really really like mopars. LOL Thanks Kieth. Cheers.

Some new pics of more progress, I have started on the drivers side
now. The passenger side is primer but will still need to be block sanded
a few times .

Hey Wheels, I have a suggestion, look for ''home'' on the left side bottom of the screen and click on it, from there you will see all the different categories. Click on ''off topic'' you will see the the first subject ''Good Morning Thread'', then click on the small sguare next to the person's name to the right and come join us in our silliness.
