2019 Atlantic Nats who's coming .

got my hotel they are already getting nearly booked up lots going on that weekend so book early .
we are staying at the Hampton on Mapleton Road . look for the in violet 70 Duster .

I might be in the area of the show in July, I see the event is 5 days long but it looks like to be at several venues. which days are the best to attend ?

From my experience I would say the Friday(Main street), Saturday(Centennial park day and evening at Chrysler dealer) and Sunday(park). Been attending for the last 12 years.

Mike, I've been to this event and it's a very good show. But you better take a real comfortable pair of shoes, because when they say park, nobody tells you just how huge and spread out the park is. I had a great time there.

Oh yeah Mike,if you really want to look at the cars and not just glance, doing both levels of the park will take a few more hours than you think, if you mainly glance at the cars, 2000 cars could take close to a whole day or you could do it over two days. By the way this show has a very good weather record.

we have been going for about 8 years now and we have a lot of fun . the wife and kids take her car so they can go hang around the city I take my car and hang out around the show and with friends and do lots of cruzing . the city's are easy to get around and the Friday night music is awesome . after 8 years I learned a few tricks to make getting around and parking easier .

Like I said, this will be my 13th year and Coyote Jack's 14th, Back then there was about 6 mopars at the show and more each year after that. Now they run in the 100's. Cars are scheduled to come in the park around 8 am but often enough start moving around 7:30 ish and cars which were parked at the front of the line the night before are often not the first ones in because their drivers forgot to wake up early. It can be a long hours weekend but cold beers are usually around somewhere. Too much can be hard on the system the morning after. Check out the Atlantic Nationals website for more details.

When you take your car to the show do you have an area that you can park so you group, or do you have to park where they tell you then try to find the others.

you can park where you want I park with Jean-Guy and coyote jack we have been in the same spot every year since we started going its a great spot with shade and close to everything . theres always room for one more .

For this year I registered in mid December and am Number 145. The sooner you guys book your motel rooms the better the chance of finding one in the greater Moncton area.
