Ah Screw it
So as some may remember my car has been in a barn since the fall. I went and started it up and checked it over a month or two ago and put it away again. I figured work would keep me away all summer long.
Well at a meeting some of the local Roller Derby Girls told us they want the Horsepower Hooligans to come help them for a mother's day thing at the local casino. One of them mentioned they would like to see my car there since the event is called "Heels & Wheels". Made me decide that maybe the Dart should be brought out and kept in town at my Cousin's shop (he has a locked compound).
I was also asked by a friend to come give their son a ride in the car so he can show off to his friends. Plus there is the local car show at the end of May, that even if I am out of town working, I'll try to talk a friend or my father into taking the car to the show.
Add to that the amazing weather we've been having lately and my Cousin's shop is full of classics that people are getting ready just sealed the deal.
So tomorrow I will go get full insurance on the car and will slowly drive it into town and to my Cousin's shop so he can help me fix the either bent push rod or the bent valve.

Drive it, that's why you built it. Take your time so you don't make the engine any worse than it is now.

Oh yeah I'll be taking it nice and easy. I don't think it's as bad as I'm make it sound. I have a tenancy to over exaggerate sometimes

I hope you can get some pics from the 'heels and wheels' for the Mopar babes thread! Sounds like a fun time.

The blue stopped.
Drove it the 80km to town.
Hit a MASSIVE downpour through and the intake kept sucking in water. Stalled the engine twice
Still has the ticking and slight popping of the exhaust. Left it at my cousin's shop to look at just to make sure.
