Another Newb from B.C. !
Hey all.
GREAT IDEA this having a classics Mopar type site !
I'm an old fart, so no offense to anybody ? but my tendencies lean towards the older classic Mopar Musclecars of the 60's and 70's that I grew up with.
I was an apprentice Mechanic at Dodge Dealerships back in the day, and I ended up Drag Racing them most of my adult life.
I had my own Shop machining/building Drag Engines for some of the best here in Western Canada back in the day, so I may even be able to contribute a bit if anybody's stuck on an Engine project ?
bye for now
Bob.

Hey Bob , welcome. I have a very similar background other than the drag racing. Spent many years at a custom engine machine shop in Red Deer. I still build engines out of my shop at home . Just finished a 63 383.

Welcome aboard Bob. The more machining/engine building knowledge, the better.
Your Charger R/T SE in your avatar looks similar to a Charger that was for sale on Kijiji. It had B.C plates and it was black on black with a saddle interior. Is this the same car?

Yep, it was.
I'm old and have had some health issues so I thought about selling it.
But alas,
might as well just keep it and let the wife figure and kids figure it out later.
Besides,
what a PITA people can be responding a free ad ?

Let me guess....
Alan Lee's shop before Dwight passed ?
Frank Kushner maybe ?
But I thought Frank stayed more over by Ponoka ?
SMALL WORLD !
Good for you doing it at home.... keeps the overhead reasonable !
I still tinker here too, but it seems just about everything else in life gets in the way ? So not much gets done !
