PG Classics SALE
PG Classic is have a 20% off sale from now until Feb 1st 2015. http://www.pgrparts.com/ No code needed, the discount is calculated at check out....I just ordered $1600 worth of stuff, however I hate how their web site(s) all all in USD when they are located in Canada That $1600 is now easily over $2K
Re: PG Classics SALE
If you decide to place an order with them, be sure to ask for a more accurate shipping quote. They will make you place the order using the "on-line" calculator, then they review it and issue a refund if necessary. I just received a $42USD refund on the shipping.
Re: PG Classics SALE
Charging in USD is their option, I think it should be in CND IMO. But the shipping within Canada should always be in CND.....

I looked at that leather wrapped tuff I was considering but it's already " on sale" so is it 20% off that again or....?

Re: PG Classics SALE
There's really no rhyme or reason....It doesn't cost anything to go on line sign up and follow all the way through to see how much it actually is....then only complete the sale if you're happy...REMEMBER their prices are in USD so you'll need to ad about 27% if paying by credit card.

Ya that 27% hurts.....
I just tried as you suggested and no 20% off . It's cheaper by $10 on e-bay? I'll wait then..... heading down to visit my inlaws in Myrtle beach in March so I'll wait till then maybe?

Yep it will cool off my purchases that's for sure. I still have a full set of interior panels to get at Murray's at some point. Just need a headliner and the interior will be all new.

The link is for PG Reproduction Parts. Are they the same as PG Classic Restoration Parts?

Re: PG Classics SALE
Assuming you have a tuff wheel already and just switching to red? If so it should all bolt up fine. The Chinese are not too proud of there workmanship, I spent over an hour polishing it up with 600 grit paper on the spots they missed(stainless spokes)? Then I had to tap the 6-32 screw holes for the horn switch that they " forgot" to tap. Other than that I'm happy with it .cordodge wrote:Brads70 wrote:I ended up buying that leather tuff wheel from them.... couldn't resist! Tried for a awhile but once I get an urge for a part .... Re: PG Classics SALE
The only time I purchased from PG they charged me shipping and hst(13%) inUS$.
I asked if they were paying the government the hst in US$. Suddenly the was a language barrier.

Re: PG Classics SALE
i received a fiberglas dual snorkle scoop from them for the following spring install, didnt look too bad, just a little rough.during install i left it outside in the sun for two days while prepping my hood, all of a sudden it started to have bubbles everywhere, you could see the fiberglas matting patterns, and the seams started to seperate. of course this was months after return date. fiberglas, bondo and paint she looks ok now. i dont know if this is the norm or not, but i quit shopping there
