Does anyone know of anybody in the GTA that does diff cutting, axle resplineing etc.

Hey Mike, nice to hear from you. The only place that comes to mind in the GTA, is Lawrence Transmission. They do differential work, so if they don't do it, they probably know someone who does. Their phone number is 416-743-3201. Let me know if they are able to help you. Just for future reference.
