Carlisle 2016 ?

Anyone on here going to Carlisle this year? Me and 4 other local Mopar buddies are driving down Thursday morning . Planning on being on the road at 4:30am . I'm driving the Challenger down again.

Haven't been there in about 3 years. Sure would like to be able to do it again.

Replaced the rad hoses, bought a rad pressure tester at Princess Auto and so far so good, holds pressure. I'll take it out for a drive tomorrow?

Maybe you need a co-pilot, lol. hint hint.

Not sure I have couple of options..... A local buddy that has a 71 Hemi cuda clone, 71 Shaker Challenger and now doing a 68 Charger wants me to go down and help him load up about 10K in AMD sheetmetal. Another somewhat local Ron said I could also go with him in his 67? Charger..... not sure yet?

That sucks Brad but at least it happened at home.

I went but it was not the best Carlisle weekend I've had. Almost everyone that said they were going bailed last minute and spend most of the weekend chasing down parts in the hot sun for a guy that couldn't go. The guy I went with booked rooms till Monday. At first I was thinking oh great.... I really would rather be home on Sunday but it was really relaxing staying the extra day. I really found the parts vendors lacking this year? The major commercial vendors don't seem to go anymore. Each year another one doesn't show up. Usually I have to narrow down my "wants" due to money, but this year I came home with more US cash than planned? Maybe after 8 consecutive years its time to take a break?

That's to bad, Brad. However if you didn't go, you would have probably wondered if you missed out on that elusive part.
