Music!!!!
So one of the last things to do is get some tunes in the Dart. It has the original AM radio and thats it. I looked at getting a remanufactered radio but 500 bucks or so, I looked at the updated thumb wheel with bluetooth and that was way to much as well so I found this and its awsome. I mounted it ontop of the original radio so its out of sight. Its bluetooth so my phone plays the music and I have 7 full days of music so that will work. Its got alot of balls I gotta say and no my family does not own Kenwood and I am not a salesman for it lol. I think I am into it for around 300 bucks for speakers and amp. If you are looking for some sound I can recommend this without hesitation.

Listening to the music coming out of my mufflers is all I need, most of the time the engine sound drowns everything else anyways...unless the motor is stopped.
seems to be a good system, no moving parts!

JG there is no problem hearing the exhaust I can assure you! Even with the new tail pipes and tips its still pretty loud. I think I now have a symphony, little music from the pipes little from the stereo what a great combination.

Wow awesome system, did that 300 include what looks to be 6 x 9 speakers. This looks to be a good option for sound. There is defiantly tons of room under the dash of most old cars to put something like that. Can you hook 4 speakers to it or just the 2.

yes sir all in for the 3 hun. I have 4 speakers hooked into it. The po had put two little tweeters under the dash so left them in and put the 6x9s in the package tray which already was cut and drilled.

Looks like a great system. Don't think it would be good for me. I put an amp in my car with the am/fm radio, 4 speakers and I, still cant hear the radio unless my car is only idling. Exhaust is just too loud.

I know exactly what you mean...You drive down a beautiful street, listening to the tunes, then you floor it for a few seconds and the tunes are all gone...so why bother is what I say.

Unfortunatly or fortunately, depending how you look at it. I don't even have to floor it, my car is so noisy, just normal driving drowns out the radio.

Re: Music!!!!
Drowning out the radio with cool exhaust noise is a great feeling, but I do love to have the music on even if it gets drowned out.
It makes a grown man turn into a kid and I love doing it!

I don't have to floor it either but when I do it sure feels good...over and over and over.

When the motor does not run, it's a great time(and almost only time) to listen to the music.

I've got Flowmaster 40's on my Dart and I'm fine with that sound! That said I put a stereo under the rear package tray for the little woman's sake but haven't used it yet!
