Losing patience fast how the fuck does this go? The window hits it up and down? anybody install a remote drivers mirror with the 3 cables?

For anybody else needing help i found it. There is a metal bracket at the top front of the door that is a bitch to see there is a hole in it to route the cable. I got it in. Working around new paint all day today i am very edgy time to step away and eat tomorrow is another day.
