They have to order what you want, however the staff are knowledgeable and easy to deal with. At least that was my experience. From what I understand there are only a few manufacturers and theyre in the US.

National Moparts ?
Where ever you buy, you want to stick with TrimParts or ACC when it comes to Mopar carpets.

Re: Carpet
Ditto what Allan said, I've bought two ACC carpets, from NOS Reproduction (Komoka, Ont).
The fit was great (molded), and also the stitching quality.
You have to puncture all you seat mounting, bezel, seat belt holes, etc...but that's easy peazzy once the carpet is laid.

Re: Carpet
NOS Reproductions sent me out 3 carpet samples, will place the order from them, as well as a trunk mat.

Re: Carpet
Did you ever try RPM in Saskatoon? I hear a lot of crap about them but they have been good to me. I remember you said you come through here sometimes with work (I bought a pair of 8 3/4 axles from you and my buddy picked them up). Might save you some shipping.
