yep I use a Blaine Washington address for an outfit called Seawings , a cross border shipper to get the free shipping in the US that most suppliers offer at various times of the year then pick the stuff up here at the local airport where I pay a nominal shipping fee to Seawings and self clear the stuff at airport customs , it's easy and a lot cheaper than using UBS .

try googling a company called Kinek they look similar to Seawings .

Just sent them an email asking about NB & NS. From their add they serve mainly Quebec, at least it's worth a try.
