What do you do when you cannot sell ??

I have a bunch of parts that I cannot seem to sell at a reasonable price..for various reasons..and I am not going to give them away..

What do you guys do ?

I store them, I hate to throw out my car stuff that is still good but just don't have a use for it at this time.
I put it in the attic of the garage or under the basement stairs just so the wife can't see it...

I give away what I can. Rather than chuck it out. If it helps another guy out then good. I had a body that was rusty as hell and no place to store it. I gave it to a young guy that was able to use the front frame rails, part of the tail panel and the inner fenders. Way better than recycling it like I was gonna do.

I hold on to it and stick it away in the shed! I also put stuff on www.usedwhatever.com ( usedvictoria etc etc etc right across Canada....it's free and rubs forever!

If I can't sell something, I usually find someone that needs the part, but because of a financial situation cannot afford to buy it and I'll give it to them.
I sort of believe in karma or a good deed never goes unnoticed.

I have done that with a lot of parts but there are some I just want $s for...I guess they go back in storage. Times are tough down here..nothing is selling ..

I've also had some parts that I felt were to valuable to just give away. In a case like that I, access the situation and try to determine if the person needing the part seems like the right person to give it to. I have plenty of parts that I have kept, because the person seemed to be trying to make me feel sorry for them, when all they wanted was to sell the part for a few bucks for themselves.
