1930-'40-'50 flathead six

I have a late '30's flathead six for sale. It's a truck engine, larger displacement, longer block. It turns free. It's almost 100% complete, it's missing the carb.
Pulleys, water pump, intake/exhaust manifold, flywheel and pressure plate are all there.
Pictures available upon request ( PM me your email ). The engine is in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, I can deliver if necessary, within an hour drive.
CHEAP, CHEAP, CHEAP! scrap metal rate. I would hate to scrap it, if someone can use it.
I also have a transmission and complete rear axle (drum to drum), for a mid '30 to early '40 pick up.
