Other toys

Post by Grumpy427 on Wed Feb 04, 2015 4:36 pm

The Duster i bought after my divorce two years ago, and besides that i have an 80 vette that i did a 2 year body off rebuild, plus an 09 GSXR-1000. Since then i have gotten back into music and audiophile as well. I like great quality home audio, and have music playing all day long in the house wheather it be the radio or cd's when i get home. Amazon had Kijiji have helped increase my cd and album collection. I upgraded my home stereo and will add a few more items this year. My line of credit is going to take a shit kicking again.

That vette is real nice. My buddy had one very much like it about 15 years ago. I just remember cutting donuts in it. It was like being on the end of a rope.

I've got a '75 Ford F250 4x4, factory Highboy. Original paint on this one. It has a built 390 out of a Fairlane GT, 4 speed with 4.10s, 35" BF All Terrains. I inherited it from my dad and it's a blast to drive. Very reliable too.

We've also got a '75 Chevy G20 camper van, 350 auto that we drove across Canada and back through the northern US in. Left home in Parksville, BC and drove all the way to the most eastern point in Newfoundland, and back through Maine, all the way west to Washington. Only break down was a broken fan belt somewhere in Ontario.
We'd love to do it again.

I've got a soft spot for Ford N tractors. I have 5 of those and a 52 Ferguson TEA from England.

Nice boat Dave. I'm not sure you could ever get me in it.

I have an idea, hope you like it but you might hate it too. Have you ever thought of selling one of your other toys and then using that money to add something else to your Duster? It could go a long way towards paying anything from gas to whatever your heart desires.
Just an idea.
